Owner very help and pleasant. Few steps to Songhua metro. Surrounding have all kinds restaurants and small eats. Friendly environment. Have a common kitchen where you are allow to cook your meals. Hot water and shower are great. Even though shared bathrooms area clean and tidy. Owner very approachable, and helpful in providing places of interests. Will book again if visit Guiyang.

The guest house is kind of hard to find you have to pass by the parking or to take a first elevator to the ninth flore one the main entrance and then get to the 2/2 tower and take an other elevator to the 16th. Then knock the door. The rooms are good size and their is two shared shower. The people in the room are king of messy and their is a lot of things everywhere in the tables, sofas and floor. As well as the bathroom where people aren’t very clean… But the host is very friendly and can help you for any situation in the guest house.

Litle bit difficult to find location but the owner was helpful

There is a special area for girls, the toilet is clean and has plenty of water. The landlord is nice and the roommates are friendly. We had a lot of fun and look forward to coming back next time.
