I was really warmed at that time, because I didn't tell the young lady about my situation, I just told her that the sheets were dirty. I didn't expect her to be so considerate. I can't describe the feeling, it was like a warm current flowing into my heart. Later, the young lady helped me take my dirty pants to the laundry room to wash. Their laundry room washes clothes very quickly and dries them dry. The young lady brought me the clean pants. I was really touched. When I checked out the next day, she also gave me warm water. The hot water can be put in my pocket to cover my hands. When I left, I specifically asked the name of the young lady who helped me at night. 這是我第一次住亞朵S酒店，被圈粉了，我和朋友説以後肯定要優先選亞朵S酒店。弗蘭和須妍的服務很棒很熱情，房間乾淨，床品很舒服，窗簾遮光效果很好，房間裏的設施很全，有茶具瑜伽墊等。入住很滿意，下次一定還會過來。管理也非常嚴格細緻，整個居住體驗非常好，地理位置也非常方便，距離北站衹有10分鐘車程，走的時候還有伴手禮送，開心。

酒店在德福中心也算新區或者cbd，反正比較安靜乾淨，不像市區嘈雜。前台很熱心也很温柔。貴陽的s沒有昆明的精緻，客房部門隔音不好，附近房間進出和説話一清二楚。這是硬件問題，亞朵主打的就是高質量的睡眠，隔音是很重要的。硬件問題不能要求員工和服務上去追分，員工已經很盡力了。希望硬件可以提升吧。感謝懂事長的關心和祝福
