The room is clean and the facilities is well maintained. There is free bottle water and fruit for guests. The store manager Miss Wong provided excellent services. I do not have Chinese app to reserve a ride to the hotel and she helped me with her personal account. This is way beyond my expectation. Highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

環境很好，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務沒話説，在這個價位上來説十分有性價比，位置也比較便利，靠着觀山湖萬達廣場和奧體中心，還可以停車，期待下次入住！

廢物態度不好，沒什麼耐心，隔音非常不好，內窗走路聲，工作聲都聽得見，不是很能睡得好，在下午的時候休息，然後那個鏡子是有一點生銹的，然後燈光很暗，不是很喜歡

房間2樓太繞了。真的。每次出來都找不到電梯，這要是發生火災我估計都跑不出去，我想你可以弄點大箭頭，標記。或者安全逃生的綠色燈牌。房間挺好的挺乾淨，還送了早餐，過來看蔡依林的演唱會，前台幾位美女服務也很好！
