Checked in early in the morning and drank two bottles of Baisui Mountain mineral water in the room because of drinking. I was thirsty in the morning and wanted to make some more tea. I confirmed with the front desk twice that extra water would cost ➕3 yuan. I was not reminded to take away the packaged food I left last night when I checked out. I also did not call the guest to explain the situation after check out. A deposit of 500 yuan is required when checking in. To be honest, I have not been charged a deposit for staying in a hotel for many years. This is the first time in recent years that I have gone from a five-star hotel to a famous hotel. Facilities: Facilities and equipment are more than five years old, especially electrical appliances that are aging and are recommended to be replaced. Nowadays, famous hotels in the same price range or domestic all-season Atour Oranges are equipped with whole-house intelligence, smart toilets and movie-level TVs or screens as standard. Maybe everyone has different tolerance for disinfectants. Smoking is allowed in the room. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the first room, but I was later moved to a new room. However, the room is equipped with ashtrays and matches as standard, which is not friendly to children, elders and non-smokers. The smell of smoke can be covered but will be scattered everywhere. Environment: There started to be some noise like a car starting around 7 o'clock in the morning. Because I slept late last night and was very sleepy, I didn't have the energy to get up and check in the morning. I'm not sure if it's sporadic or routine. The surrounding environment has convenient transportation, but the environment inside the building and elevators is relatively dirty. It may be that the building is not well maintained. Service: After booking the room, the girl at the front desk took the initiative to call and ask if I wanted to turn on the air conditioner. I said no because it was still cool in Guiyang at night and there was no need to cause losses to others. After arriving at the hotel, the girl opened two rooms for us. Because the smell of smoke was quite strong when we entered the hotel, we were moved to an upgraded room that should be larger. The front desk will provide a lot of disposable supplies, which are very user-friendly, such as eye masks, earplugs, band-aids, masks, etc. However, because it costs extra to send an extra bottle of water, I did not ask for the eye masks and returned them all to the store. The breakfast room was a bit hot without air conditioning, and the porridge and white fungus soup were cold. She was a little unhappy when I asked my aunt to make rice noodles. The soy milk was made with powder, and I couldn't drink coffee. Seasonal fruits: They are not delicious, but they are given with sincerity. Generally speaking, although the hotel rooms are large in size, the ventilation upstairs is not smooth due to the loft design, making sleeping at night very depressing. The closed design of the bathroom shower room is quite depressing. The usage rate of the living room downstairs is almost zero. The bed is 1.5 meters long and has insufficient support over time and has collapsed a bit. Many of the operating modes are old hotel models that are no longer suitable for today's era. Many seemingly careful arrangements are not really useful, including breakfast, which gives people a feeling that the form is far greater than the content, as if it has everything. But in fact the price/performance ratio is not high. Not recommended for the same price range.
