I'm updating my review after choosing to stay at your hotel again; the overall experience this time was significantly better than my previous visit. First off, it's clear the hotel paid attention to and addressed some minor issues I mentioned in my previous feedback. During this stay, the room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the mattress was comfortable, and I didn't find any of the minor oversights from my previous visit, which is highly commendable. Secondly, both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly, which made me feel truly well-cared for. The hotel's location, with its excellent transport links and nearby amenities, remains one of its strongest advantages – incredibly convenient. While some of the facilities aren't exceptional, they are perfectly adequate and offer good value for money at this price point. Overall, this stay was a pleasant and seamless experience. Seeing the hotel's improvement and effort is a huge plus. I hope the hotel continues to maintain and improve its service levels. For my next business trip or vacation, this will definitely remain one of my top considerations.

Absolutely a treasure hotel in Guiyang! I looked at the decoration style of the picture, and I was afraid that the real thing was very ”net red” and the result was completely careless. The texture is very good, the logs, whiteness, and matching are just right. There is a faint musk in the lobby, which is very relaxing. The room is very soundproof and the bedding is comfortable. Not that grand luxury, but a real sense of comfort.

I saw the photos of this hotel on Xiaohongshu. It was absolutely amazing. I searched for a long time and booked the hotel on Ctrip. Before booking, I couldn't find it because I typed the wrong word. I sent a private message to the boss. Later, the boss replied and gave us a bottle of red wine. When we checked in, the housekeeper was very considerate to come downstairs to pick us up. We thought the elevator needed to swipe the card, but it turned out not to be. This made people feel very warm after a tiring day. They also upgraded our room, but I wanted to take pictures at that big washbasin. The housekeeper called the boss to change it for us. In fact, I was really embarrassed. The hotel details, toilets, toiletries, and bedding are enough to show the boss's taste! Really! Great! I really didn't expect to get this experience for more than 400 yuan. We just came from Sanya Edition. I can only say that the room is really not inferior to him, and even the check-in experience is better than him! Breakfast was still delivered to the room~dried our dirty clothes for us~it was really great! There is nothing else that feels particularly good when coming to Guiyang~This hotel really makes me live so well

SShishiReally enjoyed our stay here! The building looks a bit old from the outside, but inside it’s clean, cozy, and nicely done up. The staff were super friendly and always checking in to ask if we wanted breakfast, afternoon tea, or supper – all of which were free, which was a nice bonus.
The location is great too – lots of food places just downstairs, so it’s super convenient. The hotel also sent us some food recommendations which was a nice touch. Overall, comfy stay with great service. Would totally come back!

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there will be free coffee and fruit when you check in. 1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance.
2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs!
We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water.
3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof.
4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE!
5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room decor was cozy and inviting, the bed was very comfortable for sleeping, and the room itself was very spacious. It was exceptionally quiet, perfect for a peaceful rest. I'd give the environment a full 5-star rating! The room had excellent natural light, with abundant sunshine streaming in, allowing me to soak up some sun around midday, which felt incredibly therapeutic and rejuvenating. I also visited the hotel's charming pet-friendly garden restaurant, and that experience was equally delightful. The staff there were very attentive, the setting was spacious and bright, and with ample seating, there was no need to wait.

Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

DDavid Jon HowletteI like Lavande hotels and I selected this one due to it's close proximity to the Guiyang North railway station. It was very convenient for trains, busses and metto. However activities in this neighborhood and adult products sold in the room make this inappropriate for families. It was clean and comfortable (although the temperature control panel in my room was not functional) and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pretty good value.

She was very helpful and was able to speak fluent English (which is really helpful when your Chinese isn’t the best)

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is more suitable for people who go in and out of T3. I originally wanted to choose a hotel closer to the airport for my early flight the next day, but I didn't expect that it was still a long way from T2, and the hotel didn't provide airport shuttle service. I had to take a taxi with my luggage the next morning. Also, the hotel was newly opened and the decoration inside was still quite smelly.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
