"Awesome stay at Melia Hue. Perfect location. The interior, service and amenities all feels high end. It’s a surprise to find such a nice hotel in small town like Hue. Definitely high CP. it’s also the tallest building in Hue, guaranteeing great views in all rooms. There is a mall attached to the hotel with supermarket inside. Ask the front desk for eateries recommendations. And definitely get the buffet breakfast as it’s really good."

"Overall I had a great experience until the last night ( Saturday night) when the hotel was fully booked for some kind of very wild Vietnamese people- big families with around 50 kids of different ages ( they came to celebrate the birthday) in total who ruined my sleep at 5:40am and then again ( after I told them to shut up) at 07:40 am so I couldn’t fall asleep anymore ( I worked till 01:00 am and wanted to sleep at least till 0900)🤦🏼♀️ Their kids are running the hallway from early morning screaming with doors opened into their rooms where their parents are shouting at each other ( those uneducated people from the villages can’t talk quite). You can hear it with your door closed very loudly ( my alarm rings even quieter). The evening before they were singing karaoke in the meeting room next to the lobby bar ( in the main building), so I could hear it in my room on 5th floor. I don’t understand why hotel management allows these such big groups which don’t even know to to respect other guests especially in 5* hotel to stay at such famous brand hotel ( Meliá) . Those kind of the LOCAL guests just ruin the image of the hotel! I pay money for 5* hotel to have a good sleep, but not to be disturbed by other guests 24/7 who have no manners and do not teach their kids how to behave in such places. My suggestions for a light sleepers to AVOID this hotel on WEEKENDS as you probably won’t be able to sleep. I have been living in Vietnam for 7 months ( mostly in 4-5* hotels ) and noticed that is a common practice for some Vietnamese to gather whole village and book 5* star hotel for weekends for celebrations. I had the same issue in very nice 4* hotel in Hoi A where I stayed during 6 weeks. Every weekend it was a nightmare for me (in the night and early morning!). In all other aspects if you come to Kobi during the week this is amazing hotel! Beds, views, ONSEN, breakfast….and staff are amazing! Thanks to everyone who works in this hotel for providing a high quality service."

"Comfortable room and great breakfast varieties and quality. Skybar rooftop view is awesome to chill and drink at night. The service is exceptionally wonderful with Ngoc and Tuyen who welcomed with drinks, complimentary room upgrade and helpful tourist guides. Thank you for making Hue trip memorable.👍👏"

"Great hotel with a beautiful view of the river. Polite and friendly service. Fantastic breakfasts, large selection of products. Very nice cleaning lady. The hotel itself has its glory days behind it, but it is clean and the service is good. Those who do not like noise should rent rooms on the river side. They will gain not only silence, but also a very beautiful view plus a balcony. It is noisy on the street side until midnight, because there are pubs in the vicinity of the hotel."

"The best hotel I have ever been to! They are so well organized!!!! Their attention to details is amazing! They contacted me several times before my arrival to make sure that they could provide me with all the accommodations and services I needed! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and at the same time they are not imposing themselves on you! Food was delicious, facilities are great, beautiful territory! "The hotel is perfectly located to explore all the beautiful places of Hue! Room was big with comfortable beds and big bathroom👍. Staff so friendly and helped us in everything with competent advice! So appreciated. Almost forgot: breakfast is a tasty mix of western and Vietnamese dishes. 😊"

"The place is really nice and grandiose ^^  It’s located in a nice, lively but not too noisy area. About 25min from Hue Imperial City by walk :) We are not sure if it was a weekend thing but the road in front of us was closed to vehicles so it became a walking street which was very nice to visit at night and enjoy the local scene ^^  The rooms are large and comfy and the balcony was facing the street so we had a nice view during the night of the local area :)  Breakfasts was quite large, inviting and delicious :P. A bit of everything for everyone"

"Excellent hotel and staff. Very accommodating and helping on every of our requests. The buffet breakfast makes a huge difference de it is diverse and fresh. The room are really well furnished and the spa is a real plus. Special mention for the hotel performs and freshness that adds a sense of luxury and comfort to the place. The staff was really caring of everything and communication was always smooth. Definitely, I recommend"
