4-Star Hotels in Hue

Traveling to Hue alone and have the opportunity to book Home. Really satisfied with the service and space. Can't be faulted, because going alone, so choose a quiet place. Home is so beautiful, fully equipped and very modern, fragrant, airy, too large, .. All equipment is too modern, Home is near the center, so book a car to go around 5-10p to arrive. It's near Aeon Mall, so it's convenient to do anything, I will visit again if I have the opportunity to return to Hue. Thank you very much 🥰

Since the hotel is newly opened, I wanted to leave a good review, but honestly, there are quite a few things that are good, and many that need improvement, especially considering the relatively high price point. **Pros:** Because it's new, the beds are clean, the room has everything essential, and plenty of power outlets. I liked having the sink outside the bathroom – it feels cleaner than inside. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and always ready to help. There are free bicycles available for guests. The location's convenience depends on individual needs, but it's a bit far from the city center. Breakfast includes machine-brewed coffee, and the passion fruit juice was also good. **Cons:** Despite being new, some of the facilities already show signs of trouble: The bathroom door in my room couldn't be closed or locked. Perhaps because it was on the 5th floor, the water pressure was quite low. For the shower, I couldn't figure out how to operate it, as the entire shower head only had one rotatable knob, offering just two modes: regular stream and rain shower. The bathroom was quite small, even though the room itself felt spacious. The shampoo tray was mounted right where you stand to shower, so I kept bumping into it. The room had three mirrors, and from the bed, you could see directly into the bathroom. Since the bathroom door couldn't be locked, it would slide open on its own after a while... which would be very awkward if you weren't a couple. The light switches in the room were very disorganized. Out of four switches next to each other, the room lights were controlled by the two on the ends, and one of the two in the middle was for the bathroom, but I could never remember which one. I had to try all four every time, disturbing my partner – the technicians should really re-wire this. One power outlet by the bed on our side had no power. The wastebasket in the room had a lid that required you to touch it to open – I prefer a foot pedal. The air conditioning worked okay but didn't get very cold. I'm sensitive to cold, but I kept it at 22 degrees all night and didn't even need a blanket – for a new hotel, I think this is unacceptable. The Wi-Fi was VERY weak, and staff repeatedly told me to reconnect because each floor had its own mesh network, but everyone did this, and it didn't help. The problem was that the Wi-Fi signal only ever showed one bar, so how could it be strong? In the other room, my friend found footprints on top of the wardrobe (??). I tried to think it was just someone putting their feet up, but it was a bit creepy. The design of that other room seemed problematic too, as one friend accidentally kicked a table corner and bled. Even though the hotel was new when I visited, I have a feeling it will deteriorate quickly. When we arrived, everyone was excited to visit the pool, but we were disappointed and didn't even swim because it was too small, only suitable for children to play in. The pool also lacked an overflow filtration system, so cleanliness wasn't guaranteed. Furthermore, besides accommodation, the hotel didn't offer anything else for guests to use. There was no area to gather and chill – they should really develop the rooftop like some other hotels do.

We had a wonderful stay here with my family and friends. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and everything felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the Imperial City in a very pleasant neighborhood, and only about 10 minutes from the center of Hue by Grab, so it’s easy to go everywhere. The pool and the garden area are really beautiful and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The whole environment is calm and charming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Hue.

It's a gem waiting for attention to details from the owners so that it can be a real star in charming Hue. Premium river view I stayed exceeded my thought. I would not hesitate to return to the same room cat (esp #153/253/353) as they have better views than Suites (which are larger however not as nice riverview angles as these rooms. Breakfast selection is nice, not too many to have much food wasted. The public areas can be managed much better to provide more comfort in the tropical summer heat. Currenty there are harldy a/c operated but fans. If they (owners) have a proper overview on the entire property and updated where needed, rates can be increases as not many in such prestige area have such location All teams I was in contacted with were helpful and cheerful. Thank you to all teams and I look forward to check in again when opportunity arises

The hotel is located a little out of the Hue city centre so you will need your own transport or pay for taxis. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby but the choice is limited. The room is enormous and very comfortable, even if some furniture is looking a bit tired. The pool is great for relaxing after a day's sightseeing but gets very busy with local children around 4pm. On 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, there were very noisy parties in the restaurant between 5 and 7pm with karaoke and kids being encouraged to have screaming competitions. It was at least quiet in the evening.

The place is really nice and grandiose ^^  It’s located in a nice, lively but not too noisy area. About 25min from Hue Imperial City by walk :) We are not sure if it was a weekend thing but the road in front of us was closed to vehicles so it became a walking street which was very nice to visit at night and enjoy the local scene ^^  The rooms are large and comfy and the balcony was facing the street so we had a nice view during the night of the local area :)  Breakfasts was quite large, inviting and delicious :P. A bit of everything for everyone

The hotel was old and made to feel the history, but the rooms have been renovated and you can spend it without any shortage. The view from the veranda was also good! I was very satisfied with the massage. The hospitality of the staff was also a very nice hotel. Not to mention the polite explanation at check-in, when I told him to check out early tomorrow morning, he gave me a lunch box so that I could eat on the train at the time of departure. The stay in Hue was short, but thanks to this hotel, I had good memories.

The location of hotel is superd, with the train station and the starting point of Perfume river cruise within walking distance of less than 10 minutes. There are many historical building along the Perfume river where a walk along the river bank is very enjoyable. There are also many eateries nearby. The room is spacious and comfy. The reception is warm and speak good English. It's a good value stay at this hotel.

Thích lắm luôn nha. - Ks phục vụ nước uống bằng chai thuỷ tinh trong phòng - đúng bài Thân thiện với môi trường luôn. - Hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, nồng mùi thuốc tẩy,ực nước thấp hơn thành hồ khoảng 20cm, ko có chỗ tắm trước khi xuống hồ nên thấy ko an toàn, ko dám xuống bơi. - Máy lạnh chiếu trực tiếp vào giường, tối lạnh quá, chịu ko nỗi. - Thang máy hơi châm nhưng ổn. - Phòng cách âm lo hoàn toàn nhưng cũng ổn. - Phòng sach sẽ.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!
