From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. "What a brilliant place. From the beginning the front desk was super accommodating and made sure that my stay albeit the one night that I stayed, was comfortable and convenient. They gave me a map and suggested local areas to try for food, sightsee and experience the culture here in Hue. Ms Tho was an absolute gem and also helped me book my onward leg bus ticket to Phong Nha. Only wish I had the time to stay here longer. Post checkout they kept my stuff and even let me freshen up before the sleeper bus came.  Only thing I would suggest is to remove the flag of a genocidic state (Israel) from the “where do you come from board” in the main lobby."
