They very nice

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but it has a fast and convenient access to the old city - about 25 minutes walk or 15 minutes by bike. Bicycles can be taken completely free of charge at the hotel itself. The room was just wonderful! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Specially liked the sliding window. The administrator was polite and responsive, gave his recommendations for the city's best restaurants. I definitely recommend for travelers who prefer quiet and relaxed rest away from the tourist vacation

This is my second time choosing Banyan Tree Lang Co, and once again, it confirmed it was the right decision. The service is impeccably organized: the personal butler is always reachable, responds promptly via messenger, and occasionally delights with small surprises. Very convenient. My stay coincided with Easter, and I was pleasantly surprised that they baked an excellent kulich (Easter bread) for the holiday. It's a small detail, but it leaves a lasting impression. The transfer was flawlessly arranged — an Audi Q8 arrived, and we traveled in complete comfort. The landscapes here are fantastic: a sea breeze, coastal rocks, lush greenery all around — a complete escape from the hustle and bustle. The villa is in good condition, everything works, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfasts are top-notch, with a rich and varied selection. I especially want to highlight the spa — I visited on a complimentary offer and was extremely pleased with the quality of the treatments and the ambiance. The sea is clean and pleasant for swimming. This is truly a place where you can recharge and relax without unnecessary fuss. In my opinion, the value for money is exceptional — this level of service and nature fully justifies every penny. I highly recommend it.

Tout le personnel est prévenant, gentil,poli.Je suis arrivée en début de nuit avec une réservation débutant l'après-midi,,on m'a donné une chambre de suite Chambre assez grande ,propre et une bonne literie.Le ménage est fait tous les jours même jours fériés. Petit déjeuner bon mais ce sont les mêmes plats tous les jours.

We love this place. We had a beautiful spacious wooden cabin with a balcony overlooking the Pearl River. Phi, the manager looked after us splendidly and could not have done more. We locked ourselves out, he came up in his buggy, we forgot something, he came up in his buggy; he had a cooked sliced steak take-away breakfast with dragon fruit ready at 6.45am and a taxi. Thank you Phi and team! We come back one April to see the tombs and pagodas we missed.
