In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

Let me talk about the advantages first, the Chinese courtyard, the decoration is good, I like it, the bedding and other supplies are also good, there is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself. This homestay is in the Yunshang tourist area. I went to live in the first phase of a homestay a few years ago. There is a large yard in the middle and back. It is very comfortable and very satisfied. This year I lived in another one in the third phase, and the distance was farther. The small three-bedroom house has a small yard in the middle. Talk about the shortcomings, because it is located in a remote place, there is basically no place to buy things around, and there are many mosquitoes (the store has prepared mosquito killer lights and mosquito killers). We lived in the small three-bedroom, the smallest room had a tatami, the only small window was blocked by the cabinet, because of the location and weather, there was a little musty smell. In particular, the store service is very good, and several things are asked before and after, and they are very patient to send it over.

The experience at Huashuiwan First Village Hot Spring Forest Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel is surrounded by dense forest, and the rooms are quite clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. ♨️ There's a wide variety of natural hot springs nestled in the woods, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The unique glass walkway in the park is actually a glass boat pathway over the lake, where you can ride small boats through glass waterways, offering a novel and incredibly fun way to enjoy the lakeside scenery. It’s a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment with abundant recreational activities, making it perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!

Facilities: For a hotel that's been around for 30 years, the facilities are remarkably well-maintained, truly living up to its reputation as a five-star establishment. Cleanliness: I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness. The room offered a variety of disposable, for-purchase toiletries, allowing guests to choose according to their personal needs. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by dining options. To the left, there are 3-4 BBQ restaurants (open until 1 AM), and across the street, you'll find teppanyaki, hot pot, and Korean BBQ. The hotel itself also offers dining choices. Service: I absolutely must give this hotel a huge thumbs-up for its service! I'm especially grateful for the heartwarming service I experienced during my stay. Originally, my friend and I each booked a room. Thanks to the front desk staff's thoughtful and proactive call, they informed us that we had accidentally booked an extra room and advised us to cancel it promptly to avoid unnecessary charges. This attentive gesture, showing genuine care for guests and helping them avoid losses, was incredibly reassuring. It's truly in the details that quality shines through! The hotel environment is fantastic, the room decor is exquisite, and the private hot spring experience was also wonderful. Both cleanliness and service were impeccable. The biggest surprise was this attitude of treating guests like friends, not just for profit. Not only was the stay comfortable, but I also felt respected. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends!

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot. The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.

When I came back, my clothes were collected and not dirty at all. Thank you very much. There is also a duty-free city bus directly at the entrance of the hotel. Very convenient. Save a lot of taxi fares. The hotel can order takeaways directly to the door of the room. Very comfortable. The hotel also has a swimming pool to play. Not bad. Because I set it for two days, I helped me upgrade my room for free. Also sent fruit plates and so on. It’s very good to have a pick-up or delivery.

I booked a large French-style room on the first floor, which had a South-of-France vacation vibe. The space was very spacious and came with a private hot spring. After checking in at noon, we went straight to experience pizza DIY. Kneading the dough and sprinkling the toppings was simple and fun, and the pizza tasted even better when we baked it ourselves! In the afternoon, we relaxed at the manor farm, listening to the rain and taking great photos. The hillside and grasslands made for fantastic backdrops, and the unedited pictures turned out beautifully. In the evening, we had yak hotpot at the mountain restaurant. The soup was incredibly fresh! Before it got dark, I enjoyed a soak in the private hot spring with a glass of wine. The evening breeze in the valley was so refreshing. The next day, I woke up naturally, and the butler brought brunch to the room. Enjoying brunch while soaking in the hot spring was pure bliss! There was no rush to tick off attractions; the pace was slow and leisurely. Half the time was spent relaxing in the hot spring, and the other half strolling and taking photos around the manor. No need to travel far, a nearby getaway to recharge – it was truly therapeutic.
