第一天到達“潮樂之城”園區，因為訂的是舊城，管家提前一天加了我們微信，提前發了停車位置和入住須知，並告知我們可以免費升級房間到“宣德門”但是我喜歡舊城的小橋流水和早餐配置，所以拒絕。最後工作人員告訴我們因為衹有我們一家入住所以可以幫我們升級到“主唱”我表示理解 所以入住了主唱。所以我應該是為數不多，三家酒店都看過的客人。根據入住流程，也寫一下優缺點。 一，網紅“潮牆”的位置在VIP停車場這裏，是有開放時間的，（見圖2）所以大家要掐準時間段來拍照。 第二進入園區前需要刷臉，在遊客中心會錄入您的臉部訊息。之後如果酒店送“觀潮公園門票”（看潮的公園）也需要刷臉。並且我們住了三天兩夜， ⚠️在入住時間段我們可以無限次進出園區。 三個酒店位置： 園區內特別依賴接駁車（入住酒店客人憑房卡免費乘坐），週四到達時人流稀少，接駁車隨上隨開，週六接駁車就要開始排隊了，且園區的管理一塌糊塗，插隊的，先上後上不按照隊伍放人的比比皆是。 舊城在刷臉後右轉，衹能步行到達，我媽媽腿腳不好，要走十分鐘以上。在高度依賴接駁車的園區，這個位置不是特別好，但優點就是距離遊客中心近，如果人流特別多的情況下，可以步行回到酒店。因此打⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 宣德門在刷臉入園後左轉，需要做擺渡車前往。位置在園區右上角，距離遊客中心不近，離看潮也不近。因此打⭐️ 主唱酒店是三家中位置最好的，如果攜帶長者來強烈推薦。看潮如果人比較多，酒店會把“停潮”門打開，帶上酒店手環就可以免費🆓步行3分鐘到達看潮8號觀景台。我們週五人少，所以這門沒開，週六人多就體驗了一下。因此打⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 早餐🥣： 舊城：沒有自己的餐廳，早餐在拱城門再往裡的粵式餐廳裏。替大家嘗過了，不錯的。可以給⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 宣德門：沒有親自體驗，但做了功課，聽説很拉胯，但沒有體驗過，就不打分了 主唱：雖然是自助式早餐廳，應該有的都有，但是水果上有蒼蠅🪰，新的餐盤有污漬，是我吃過最難吃的自助早餐。圖4的宴球不錯，是自助早餐裏的佼佼者。 服務： 1.管家方面，見圖8 舊城：上面兩張圖，個人感覺很親切，迴應速度秒回覆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️（一分扣在接待我們的是實習生小姐姐，態度很好，但做不了主，建議還是需要有一 個做的了主的人來應對下突**況） 主唱：圖8下面兩張圖是主唱管家，這個回覆語氣和速度都很拉胯。吃早餐的時候我差點被地上的水果滑倒，叫了她們一個戴眼鏡的女的值班經理，過來撿掉，居然臭着臉還沒有一句“抱歉”我當時是驚呆的。他們的員工培訓是真的拉胯。⭐️ 設施： 舊城沒有健身房，游泳池，餐廳，lounge全部依靠園區自帶。 主唱：健身房寫着開到22:00實際20:00結束🔚跑步機小的健身器材見圖9，健身房裡沒有水杯但有飲水機。就是啥都差點意思。 泳池：7:00-20:30結束🔚見圖10 建議可以開得晚點 整個園區會有一些，主點旅客的權益，但是管家不會主動介紹，需要自己去探索。見圖5-6 特別推薦圖3 汪菜包子 受到我老父親的極力好評 圖7是在拱城門的小吃店，天鵝頸不錯，糯嘰嘰就是稍微有點甜。 整個景區開發不足25%到處都在施工，人少體驗感很好，人多個人感覺運營會有問題。

The surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

The room was clean, and the hotel environment lived up to its price and the Kaiyuan brand. However, the breakfast service left me dissatisfied. After we finished eating, I grabbed a yogurt and a pastry for my child, only to be told at the exit that we couldn't take food out of the restaurant. Take out? It was just a carton of yogurt and one pastry! My child couldn't even eat them while walking? This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where they said yogurt and pastries couldn't be taken out of the restaurant! Hotel prices were already ridiculously inflated during the National Day holiday, and after spending so much on a hotel, who cares about your tiny bit of yogurt and pastry! It felt like we were being treated like cheapskates trying to take advantage of them, being stopped at the exit! Ridiculous! I suggest replacing the breakfast service staff! Don't let them tarnish the Kaiyuan brand!

We chose this hotel because we were visiting Haining Leather City the next day, and it's conveniently located, about a fifteen-minute drive away. Even better, it's right next to Intime City – literally, you just go downstairs and you're in the mall. The location is absolutely fantastic! **Environment**: It feels quite similar to Atour or InterContinental hotels, but at a much more affordable price. The overall cleanliness is excellent. **Facilities**: The bedding and furniture are all very high-quality. The headboard is leather, and the predominantly red and black color scheme is very conducive to sleep. The absolute biggest highlight, though, is the vanity – it has a huge mirror! The lighting is also great, so you can see everything clearly even when putting on makeup at night! There's also a generous amount of counter space next to the sink, perfect for all your cosmetics and toiletries. Plus, the hairdryer is a Dyson, which adds a really stylish touch. **Service**: Standard service, but there's one thing to note: since there were two of us, the platform only included one breakfast. When we called the hotel to confirm, they immediately sent us another one, which was very nice of them. The only minor drawback is that both elevators leading to the guest rooms felt a bit wobbly. I hope they can look into maintaining them.
