AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right across from the scenic area. It's incredibly convenient and clean. It's quiet and comfortable at night. A special mention: The owner is so kind. We booked an extra night, and after leaving, I thought I'd canceled it, but it wasn't. He realized what had happened and called me to help me cancel and refund the room, otherwise my money would have been deducted! Honest and kind people. A huge thumbs up! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit the trendy area.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is good, the location is close to Haichang subway station (about 15 minutes walk), shopping is also convenient, there is a living supermarket diagonally opposite. There are not many types of buffet breakfast and the quality is popular. During the period after check-in, one of them had a power outage for about 2 hours (8 pm to 10 pm). At that time, I looked out of the window. The reason for the power outage was estimated to be a regional range. At that time, the door of the room was opened. The corridors were dark and there was no emergency light. (I don't know if this situation meets the fire equipment regulations), will there be safety hazards? Personally feel that there is no sense of security. I lived on the 9th floor at the time. During the power outage, I didn’t see any hotel staff implementing relevant notices or prompts, because it was in the room at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage (the first time I encountered the hotel power outage), we didn’t know what happened (caused a sudden power outage) , if the mobile phone can't turn on the flashlight, the whole environment is dark (affecting the stay experience), after the power is turned on, there is a hotel staff to come over to send a small gift to apologize, overall, the price is OK!

Who knows! Passing by this hotel in the evening, I was poked directly! The beige building is equipped with a green signboard, several flags at the door are floating in the wind, and the street lights are full of atmosphere. There is also a small garden at the door. GGuest UserFacilities: The projector was excellent, and it even came with streaming service subscriptions. Both the screen size and clarity were impressive.
Cleanliness: The space felt like a converted rental apartment. It was acceptable, but perhaps a bit dated. Some cabinets had a slight odor when opened, though it wasn't noticeable most of the time.
Location: The surrounding area has everything you need. However, catching a taxi was a bit difficult, and food delivery wasn't very convenient since it's quite a distance.
Service: It's a self-service arrangement with no physical front desk. However, the customer service was very quick to respond.

GGuest UserThe air conditioner was on all night, but the room was still freezing cold, even though the mode was correct. I didn't dare move around too much under the covers. It's really unbearable to be without air conditioning in the dead of winter, and the blankets are so thin. The network signal was abysmal (on an iPhone), and the phone calls kept dropping. I really hope the hotel can check and repair it!
