GGuest UserThe shop is easy to find along the street. The ”small courtyard” at the entrance, surrounded by flowers and plants, is very cozy. It's directly opposite the entrance to Guanchao Shengdi Park, offering free admission before 7:30 AM and after 5:30 PM. The proprietress and her family are very friendly and welcoming, and will inform you of any precautions. The interior of the room is reminiscent of an old-fashioned two-star hotel, but the sanitation is exceptional. The flowers and plants outside the window, along with the clothesline, create a homely and comfortable feeling. We stayed on the third floor, which doesn't have an elevator, but the proprietress offered to help us carry our suitcases upstairs, which was very much appreciated. I suggest the proprietress install a wind shield on the air conditioner, as it would otherwise blow directly onto the bed.

MM2bmg9fpi****房間乾淨整潔，服務也挺好的，熱情的招呼我們，還幫我們升了房型，酒店離觀潮勝地公園也挺近的，走過去十分鐘左右，吃的話酒店對面就有一家麪館，吃了黑魚麪挺好吃的，走個五百多米有家乾隆酒樓吃的也挺香的，安利給家人們。酒店整體來説性價比挺高的，可能現在是淡季，一百多的價格挺適合我們這種出來遊玩的

However, the hotel facilities are really not flattering, reflecting the hotel design and management are far from good. If it is not a layman, it is a lie. Five criticism points are now proposed for the reference of the hotel owner: 1. The front venue of the hotel is very large, but the parking space drawn is too close to the trees. If you park according to the line, no matter how the front of the car is facing, there is a side that can't get off the bus. It is good to park outside the line, but it may hinder normal driving; 2. The bathroom in the room is transparent glass, no obstruction, bathing, going to the toilet outside all see, no privacy; 3. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, the humidity is difficult to discharge, it is estimated that the design forgot, it will not take long for the bathroom to grow moldy. 4, shower room half glass blocked, water is easy to flow outside, outside the floor drain in the corner, construction without slope guide floor drain, so that the floor is full of water can not be discharged. 5. The central air conditioner in the room cannot adjust the temperature, the controller can switch, and the room 28 and 29 at night. I can't help but lower the temperature. I can open the window.

GGuest UserIt is less than 1 km from the Haining Campus of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. The location is very good. The snack bar supermarket downstairs is very convenient and free parking. The front desk service is very good. I called in advance to reserve the room. I heard the waiter said that it is also very close to the city of Yanguan Chaole and the old Yancang tide viewing point. It is very convenient.

GGuest UserFacilities: The projector was excellent, and it even came with streaming service subscriptions. Both the screen size and clarity were impressive.
Cleanliness: The space felt like a converted rental apartment. It was acceptable, but perhaps a bit dated. Some cabinets had a slight odor when opened, though it wasn't noticeable most of the time.
Location: The surrounding area has everything you need. However, catching a taxi was a bit difficult, and food delivery wasn't very convenient since it's quite a distance.
Service: It's a self-service arrangement with no physical front desk. However, the customer service was very quick to respond.
