This time I stayed with the object in Fuzhou Qingkou this whole season, the experience was great! I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK. The hotel parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you travel during the May Day holiday. It's worth staying.

The daily replenishment of 8 bottles of mineral water, the intimate service of robot delivery, and the practical configuration of the 24-hour self-service laundry room perfectly balances business and leisure needs.        Especially commendable is the service team, the front desk not only actively recommends the surrounding authentic food, but also shows flexibility and understanding when late check-out. Freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee for breakfast become the expectation of every morning. This kind of humanistic care of ”moisturizing things and silence” gives standardized services a touching temperature. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, the whole season has the right quality and cost-effectiveness, interpreting the real connotation of ”urban station”.

We brought our children to participate in a competition at the University of Science and Technology, and all of us parents felt this hotel was excellent value for money. We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the lobby. The rooms were bright, clean, and spacious. Although it had just opened, there was no unpleasant smell at all. They even provided complimentary breakfast. In the evening, when the teachers used the hotel's facilities for a performance, the manager prepared late-night snacks for us – so thoughtful! The service was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Fuzhou; it's also very close to the subway station. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Check out was also very smooth, and there was no trouble in the whole process. This kind of service is really satisfying and will choose here next time.

The fact that they provide shuttle service for the concert is incredibly appealing. They also prepared a wealth of promotional materials and photo spots; the service was exceptionally thoughtful – this is exactly what I, as a customer, should expect! There is also free parking on the ground, and there are parking spaces even during the Spring Festival. They also gave me a snack when I left. When I got home, it was so salty that I ate it. It was really delicious! There is also a washing machine that can wash clothes for free, and a clothes drying rack for drying, which is really good.
