Thane Hotels with Gym

We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Mira Road. The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that housekeeping was available frequently if required. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great Indian selection and a few Western options as well. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get transport into the city. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we would happily stay again!

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

I didn't live in the hotel because of the cancellation of the flight!

Professional service, clean room. What else do travellers need. In addition, food was excellent. This hotel is efficiently managed.

Property is really amazing, it was a pleasant stay with g cc north. Room was clean and f odd was tasty as well as hygienic. Good experience with them and most importantly the complimetry breakfast it made the stay more wow experience. Staff was very kind and cheerful too.

Absolutely professional. However, they charge 300% on mineral water. I understand that products at hospitality are under luxury category but it shouldn't be 300% because i know many multi star rated hotels that charge mrp & nothing above it. On enquiring about it at the reception of the hotel, i get a reply ”we pay 3 times for license as well” well that is investment that you make for your business. Don't force customer to bear it!

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation
