GGuest UserWe came to rest & relax for a night before our flight out west . It was an amazing stay. Love the friendly & helpful service of all the employees. The hotel is new and just beautiful. The suites are modern & have everything you could possibly need . Love the extra amenities they offer. Breakfast has many things to offer the whole family and was full & plentiful… Would love to come back and stay longer .

GGuest UserI had items stolen from my room after the first cleaning. There has been zero promises kept and zero engagement now 6 days after the incident.
Mgmt promised an investigation and calls. I didnt get calls. I had to seek out the GM of the hotel. When I finally spoke about my issues, I was asked what it would take to
make me satisfied. I told the mgr if they removed 50% of the cost of the stay, that would satisfy me. It has now been 4 days since my conversation with mgmt, and I still have not been contacted back by the hotel mgr. No calls, no emails, no follow up. I have now had to place the entire charge on hold and refuse to pay, as Delta Hotel by Marriott at the Norfolk Airport location has no idea how to settle a dispute with a sticky fingered room cleaner and an upset guest who simply wanted their items back.

GGuest UserHad another great stay a the Hampton Inn, Norfolk.
Front desk representative Melissa was awesome! She made you feel welcomed and was very professional and helpful. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tim who was also very professional and polite. The room was right and clean. Walls were well insulated, you do not hear your neighbors or people walking/talking in the hallway. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a Waffle bar, bagels with toaster, Veggie and cheese omelets, hatd boiled eggs,, sausage, Oatmeal, muffins and assorted pastries and assorted juice dispencer. Would reccomend this location.

AAnonymous UserEverything was really good! I only marked slightly down on ”cleanliness”, but it was more because of the way the bathroom was built. Condensation from showering gathered on the entire floor very easily and made the whole floor damp (I ensured the shower was not leaking any, it was not). I believe this would be because there seemed to be no exhaust fan? But I understand this isn't something that could be easily fixed. I had a great time and the receptionists were all amazing!

GGuest UserThe hotel was fantastic and it made my trip to Virginia Beach/Norfolk very easy. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. Clean room and nice bath.
