CCHIEN MEIHotel service is very good, room equipment is also very good, the overall clean bed is big and soft
Free breakfast is now cooked and super delicious, although one person works, but the food is super fast!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

GGuest UserThe room was good and the service was very warm and polite. The location is in the center of Auckland, ten minutes drive from Auckland Airport (if there is no traffic jam). At night, the road is noisy and someone plays music, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel.
