Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

It's neither good nor bad. The exhaust fan in the bathroom seems to be unable to be turned off. It is required to be cleaned every other day, but it was only cleaned once every five days. The location is near the city hall. Try not to go out at night. You know Auckland.

We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. The first time I stayed, I was shocked. There was a train track at the entrance of the hotel, and the train staggered past the door. Later, after sleeping for two nights, I found that it was okay, it didn't affect my night sleep much, although I was a person who had difficulty sleeping and had a very demanding sleep requirement. After staying for a few days, I found that this hotel is really good: the traffic is particularly convenient, the ferry terminal is diagonally opposite the hotel, a five-minute walk, and a 25-minute ferry to downtown San Francisco. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the light rail (BART). It is also walking distance to downtown Auckland, and Chinatown is also there. There are also many bus lines. Really convenient! Starbucks is behind the hotel, and coffee is convenient. Then, the most beautiful thing is that the hotel is close to the beach and the pier. It really feels good and beautiful to go out for a walk in the morning. The service is not bad and the room is quite big. I lived for more than ten days before and after, and I felt more comfortable living.

Ideal hotel for 1 night stay before flight. Near airport, big room with balcony and view. Room clean. Near hotel bus stop for airport bus, easy to go to airport even at night. What can be better - restaurant and bar closed, so if you need food or drink need to go far away.
