AAnonymous UserThe front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.

NNatalieEverything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

MMatt ConnHad a really solid stay at this Marriott downtown. Three things stood out:
The view from our room was awesome - great skyline views that made the stay feel special. Worth asking for a higher floor.
The room was nice - clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was in good shape and felt updated. Good digs overall.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, everything fresh, and they kept it well stocked. Actually worth getting up for.
Staff was helpful and the downtown location worked great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

When I checked in at first, I made it nice and only two people, but if I stayed for two days in shampoo, I put only two insertions and asked for more shampoo towels. How many people are you? ~~ Then ㅋㅋ And the interior is not nap The smear of the dirty feeling felt in a neat place is full of smearㅠnot bad though The hair dryer was the king most

冯冯We consider this motel in Oakland area a very good choice of value-for-money, if you want to avoid staying in very small (and worn-out) motel rooms in downtown San Francisco. We had a rental car, so driving to downtown San Francisco (or in fact anywhere) was not a problem at all. The motel provides free parking. This motel was renovated just two years ago, rooms are reasonably sized and kept very clean. If you want to use public transport, the motel is only 15-minute's walk from the nearest BART. Service at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The only drawback about this motel is its neighborhood it is located in......you will want to take care if you want to walk the streets at night.

AAnonymous UserDoesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

GGuest UserThe first time I stayed, I was shocked. There was a train track at the entrance of the hotel, and the train staggered past the door.
Later, after sleeping for two nights, I found that it was okay, it didn't affect my night sleep much, although I was a person who had difficulty sleeping and had a very demanding sleep requirement.
After staying for a few days, I found that this hotel is really good: the traffic is particularly convenient, the ferry terminal is diagonally opposite the hotel, a five-minute walk, and a 25-minute ferry to downtown San Francisco. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the light rail (BART). It is also walking distance to downtown Auckland, and Chinatown is also there. There are also many bus lines. Really convenient!
Starbucks is behind the hotel, and coffee is convenient.
Then, the most beautiful thing is that the hotel is close to the beach and the pier. It really feels good and beautiful to go out for a walk in the morning.
The service is not bad and the room is quite big.
I lived for more than ten days before and after, and I felt more comfortable living.

Near hotel bus stop for airport bus, easy to go to airport even at night.
