Location: Great location. Just opposite to Friendship Sunshine Mall and beside another smaller mall. Travelling to Qilou Old Street was also quite fast via didi. Service: Friendly staff at the Check-in counter. However, the staff over at the morning breakfast buffet seemed more interested in chitchatting among themselves than to clear the used plates on the tables. Breakfast: Spread was good. Mainly chinese food. Transport: all via didi. Very convenient. Room: Big enough for a family and many lugguges. I like the spacious bathroom. My room had a bad smell whenever the aircon was off but it disappeared after the aircon has been on for some time. There was also xiaodu which allow you to voice control the room facilities. Could also ask xiaodu simple questions. Quite fun. Others: Delivery robots available for ordering food.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Overall the room looks new with sufficient amenities. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable though the carpet is a bit dirty. There is a big mall opposite the hotel that is good to explore and has a supermarket. One downside is that it can be a bit noisy at night seems like it’s an event near the mall which last past midnight.

My first stay at Junhao was excellent! The room was spacious and clean, even better than it looked in the pictures. It was well-equipped, and the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant made everything super efficient and convenient to use. The free laundry room was a real lifesaver for someone on a business trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable – right in the heart of the Guomao CBD. It's only a 2-5 minute walk to Shangbang Baichui City and Friendship Sunshine City, which is perfect for meeting clients or going shopping. It's also close to the train station and the popular Qilou Old Street. Plus, there's plenty of parking available. It's clear why this hotel is on Ctrip's hot-selling list! The service was also great; they even upgraded my room. This is definitely a hotel worth choosing, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Woke up early to a flight delay notification, so I spontaneously decided to stay a night in Haikou. Ended up choosing Junhao, and this twin queen room was absolutely perfect for traveling with my little boy. Before booking, I also liked that it was renovated less than a year ago, which eased my concern about getting an old, worn-out room. I had seen some negative reviews mentioning lingering smoke smells from previous guests, so I specifically called the front desk to ask about it. The staff member who answered immediately offered to do a smoke-free treatment, and they even placed an air purifier in our room before we checked in. Thumbs up for that! 👍 Upon check-in, Ctrip had provided one complimentary breakfast. When the staff saw that my 'child' was already a growing boy, they generously offered another complimentary breakfast. It really felt like they were constantly thinking about the customer's needs! Cleanliness and hygiene were definitely not an issue. The only thing I think could be improved is the smart home system, where all appliances can be controlled by 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). It would be great if this was mentioned at check-in. I struggled to turn off the TV screen for quite a while and only found out by calling the front desk. Also, clearer instructions for individually controlling the room lights would make it almost perfect. Downstairs, there are plenty of delicious food options and various businesses... It was Saturday yesterday, so it was a bit noisy at night, but definitely an acceptable level. Regrettably, I forgot to take photos, but the pictures in other reviews are all very accurate and trustworthy. (The space for my child to do homework was also very spacious!) ~ (^з^)-☆

This stay far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, particularly a younger lady, greeted me with a warm smile and processed my check-in quickly. She even proactively offered tips on local attractions and routes, which was a great touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept soundly until morning. The biggest surprise was the city night view right outside my window; it was incredibly romantic when the lights came on in the evening. Breakfast also had a great variety.

This hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the heart of the Guomao CBD. The room size was much larger than I expected, and the smart control system is fantastic – just a voice command to Xiao Du can adjust the lights, AC, and curtains. The bathroom is also spacious with a convenient wet/dry separation. The breakfast is quite good, and guests get a discount. The freshly cooked noodle soup is a must-try, and they have a full selection of tropical pastries, coffee, and milk. The biggest surprise was the abundant parking, making it highly recommended for those traveling by car for business or leisure. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactive, upgrading my room and even helping deliver my takeout. This was my first stay, and I had a great experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Shangbang Park City and across from Friendship Sunshine City, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is very spacious, and I especially loved the lounge area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows; sitting there at night to enjoy the city views was incredibly romantic. The Xiaodu smart voice assistant, along with thoughtful details like an umbrella, electronic scale, and flashlight, really added to the experience. You can even have food delivered to your room, which was delightful to enjoy by the window. The afternoon tea buffet in the Western restaurant offered an elegant setting, exquisite pastries, and a great price, making it excellent value for money. Parking was completely stress-free, with plenty of spaces and 24-hour security. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The room was very clean, and the location is great, right across from Friendship Sunshine. However, it's very noisy at night, even on higher floors. For a room costing over 400, only bottled water was provided. Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so luckily I informed the hotel beforehand that I needed a non-smoking room; my friend's room reeked of smoke. The breakfast restaurant offered very few options and was extremely crowded. After 10 AM, you couldn't even find a seat. Replenishment of items like yogurt and fried eggs was very slow, and you had to wait a long time for them to be refilled. I felt that for a price of over 400, I didn't experience much in terms of service, so the value for money isn't great. It would be a good deal if you had a coupon, then I'd recommend staying.

2 years plus hotel is an excellent choice! Wen Ya, the manager and her staffs are highly praised! Ordered food in and was delivered by robot straight to the room. They have Mahjong room which is great! Chinese restaurant on 5th floor was excellent too!

Location is central mall is just opposite traffic light at right side of hotel is nearer and easier. Hotel is having renovations but it does not affect the stay. Room got no fridge which is a big disappointment although hotel does offer to keep my thing in their fridge which is inconvenient. Breakfast is avg and better to go early and be the first batch as other guests is not hygienic. Laundry room at level 7 free access and hotel offer to send the laundry back to your room after done. Can order delivery and hotel will send up to your room. Hotel staff doesn't do recommendations of places nearby, no knowledge of where got indoor playground which OPP mall have at level 3. Hotel did not ask for deposit. Stay for afew nights and last 2nd day no housekeeping were done, had to keep asking them for toilet paper. Only 2 adults towel were provided (we use disposable towel so it doesn't affect us) There's a umbrella provided in the room.

I checked into this hotel yesterday. It only opened last January, so the rooms are sparkling new – a huge plus! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I'd made the right choice. The decor is very design-forward and modern, a refreshing change from those old, generic business hotels. Ms. Wang at the front desk provided fantastic service; check-in was swift, and she even gave great recommendations for local attractions. Highly impressed!
