Very cosy hotel. Friendly stuff. Pleasant stay.

Hotel is situated in a pretty central location, about ＜15 mins drive from the malls around. Front office is generally helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms and layout are spacious and its good to have the shower cubicle and toilet separated out. However, the overall housekeeping standards can be improved. Noticed hair on the floor even after housekeeping, seems like cleaning wasn’t done well. The quality and finishing of the hotel itself also seems to be abit more worn considering its a new-ish hotel.

I went to Hainan with my mother and booked Manxinfu. It exceeded my expectations. My mother said she was happy. It is near the HNA Building, which is convenient for going out and playing. The drive takes about 15 minutes. In the evening, you can go to the Century Bridge to watch the sunset and feel the sea breeze. The hotel service and buffet breakfast are particularly good. The sisters at the front desk are quite enthusiastic. They are happy to recommend food and entertainment when checking in. They are half a guide. 😏The breakfast we had is more 🈶Hainan-style, and the famous dregs vinegar can be tasted here. 😏Next time I come to Haikou, I must continue to choose Manxinfu Hotel. 👌YYDS😌

The first time I stayed at this hotel (502), the experience was really pleasantly surprised. 1. I called around 1:00 pm on the day of check-in to ask about the check-in time. They said they would help arrange it in advance. They drove to inform me of the parking lot, but they didn’t tell me where the parking lot was. Driving for three hours, I arrived using the Ctrip map navigation and found that I couldn’t enter the parking lot on the route. I called the hotel again and they told me that the underground parking lot was on another street. After entering the parking lot, the hotel also had a small parking lot in the parking lot, with a separate parking entrance and exit. I parked the car and looked around according to the instructions in the parking lot. I couldn’t find the door of the hotel with a lot of things in my hands. I was surprised to find that the hotel entrance was not in the parking lot but outside the parking lot. 2. It was almost 23:00 when I checked in. When checking in at the front desk, I asked the lady if I could send another breakfast if the order included one. She said that normally it was not possible, but if I added a WeChat and gave a five-star review when I left the store, it would be possible. I didn’t want to embarrass her, so I refused to send a breakfast. I also told her that the parking experience was not very good and I might not be able to give a five-star review (I thought I couldn’t give a full five-star review at the time, but I wouldn’t give a bad review either). ) The lady gave me another surprise 3. I was given a corner room on the 5th floor. It was at the end of the corridor next to the linen room. There was no window for ventilation in the room. Because someone smoked, the room needed ventilation. I called the front desk and asked her if there was a room with ventilation. First, she said to me [I'm really sorry, the hotel rooms are full, and all the rooms I booked are like this] Very good. This room type is Xinxiang Deluxe King Room. Please be careful to avoid spoilers. It is completely inconsistent with the room type pictures on Ctrip. There are two irregular corner rooms on each floor next to the linen room! (Room No. 502 and 520) The light-transmitting windows are so small that they are like being in prison. It is really humble. The experience of a room of more than 500 is not as good as the location of the linen room. Hahaha. Yeah, when I checked in, there was a young lady following me on the floor back to the room. She didn't say a word the whole time. She just followed me. I originally planned to stay for two nights. I applied for early check-out. I didn't expect the service experience to be like this. I am very sorry for the newly opened hotel. The luxury type is not comparable. I randomly booked a hotel of more than 400. The service, hygiene and facilities are obviously different.
