Due to a change in plan, I stayed in Haikou for another day yesterday and stayed one night at night. I went there after 9 o'clock after dinner with my friends. There were still many parking spaces. Since I didn't bring any clothes this time, my clothes had a bit of a smell after wearing them for two days. I was still wondering how to wash and dry them at night. As a result, the girl at the front desk told me that they had an automatic washing machine and spin dryer on the 12th floor, which solved the problem immediately. 設施：雖説挺智能，但是這個智能ai怎麼叫都召喚不出來，這就算了，但是不清楚為什麼明明晚上睡覺的時候空調是開着的，然後早上就被熱醒了。。你猜我為什麼會無語。。你猜我為什麼會被熱醒。。大早上被熱醒一肚子火。。是中途有斷電的情況還是説設施還不成熟？睡醒僅存的一點力氣想召喚一下ai，也召喚不出來。哎
衞生：床邊邊上有橘子皮，以為是這個酒店的特色，入住有橘子香啥的，還覺得挺有意思，跟哄小孩一樣，結果一問下去，酒店房間並不會放橘子皮，那意思就是上個客人走的時候客房阿姨沒有打掃乾淨對嗎？但是除了這點以外，其他沒有什麼不乾淨的衞生，整個房間還是很整潔的。
環境：這個價位的酒店，有這樣的環境其實覺得還是不錯的，房間廁所洗漱台啥的設計其實還可以，畢竟原本想着湊合一晚，新開的酒店，但是他可能因為設施比較新吧，住起來不會感覺很臟很老很爛，還是挺滿意的，其實原本也不會來住，衹是因為離地鐵站近，方便趕飛機
服務：這個酒店沒有管家服務，已經是晚上才到辦理的，前台兩個人入住還特別慢，給了身份證又要看訂單訊息啥的比其他酒店會稍微麻煩一點，然後離店後我們有遺留一些一次性用品，酒店有打電話過來諮詢是否還要，這挺好的。
早餐：樣式不多吧，都是碳水低脂一點的食物，真想吐槽……要不是因為他那個麪好吃，（但是牛肉麪的話，衹給三塊指甲蓋大小的肉丁感覺有點摳搜了）我真會被氣死，特別無敵熱，大早上的被熱醒上樓吃個早餐流一身汗，衣服都能擠出水了誇不誇張，況且我並不是三百斤的胖子我才90斤我並不是脂肪特別多特別怕熱的人還能給我熱成這樣。。廚房出來的服務員都一直在扇衣服大家都很熱，是你們酒店提倡環保然後不管人死活不可真開空調還是咋地。。
最後是：以上問題我們通過酒店房間的二維碼進行投訴後，在吃早餐的時候酒店的電話就一直打過來，沒接因為火大，後面我們回到家裡了之後接通了電話，酒店給的解決方案是給我們一張他們品牌連鎖的什麼類似會員卡能打88折，但是不是很需要，因為你們酒店的創始人我也認識😂
