Ibis is just beside a big shopping centre with local and western foods. Quite a long walk from railway station through a busy intersection. Safe is you follow the crowd and the traffic signal. Ibis like all hotels under this label are efficient and helpful. I like the free laundry service.

The location is just beside the shopping mall which has lots of eating places and beauty services for hair, facial and nails etc.
The room itself was clean and quite. There is a washing machine and a dryer available and I just need to hand over my clothes to the staff to take care of everything.
I will definitely return on my next trip to Haikou!

The staffs were helpful but no English at all, it’s super hard to communicate and there was very smelly in my bathroom.
