Room is not cleaned and badly maintained. Aircon leaked on second day on stay and came back to a room with wet floor and leaking ceiling. Stains can be food on walls. Will not come back again

Not bad. But need to take note the late check out service is the first day if you check in before 2pm you need to check out at the last day 2pm.
If you late check in for the first day then you can extend your check out timing or you can pay extra for extend.
Good service 符小梅 to help us to settle tidy up the room and refill the water. She help to check the box (Taobao) tht we throw. I think she may scare we accidentally throw away our stuff. So nice👍🏻

Good location, next to a big shopping mall, 10 mins walk from Chengxi railway station. Breakfast is good, Good service from David, hotel provide shutter to airport but my flight at night and already out from shutter schedule time, David help to book didi to airport with no charge and pay by hotel.

Big plus point is there's a big shopping mall minutes from the hotel and it's near the 海口东 HSR. Facilities in the hotel is quite dated. Can't access internet even if wifi is provided due to VPN issues.

Great hotel location! 10mins to HSR by car and 5mins walking distance to a big shopping mall! Hotel breakfast selection is quite good! Only downside is that the hotel room marble floor have stains.
