Great hotel. Will stay here again. Good for access to the airport and they have no bug problems like other places.

The location is good if you are in transit from Haikou to Sanya. Hotel is close from Haikou Airport and Meilan train station. Staff is friendly and customer oriented.

The parking lot is large, the front desk is professional and eye-catching, the room is clean, the waiters are polite and eye-catching, the location is so remote but the hotel service is quite good. The only drawback is that there is only one washing machine in the laundry room, and you have to download the app to use it.

There was basically no lighting in the room, the bath water temperature was low, and the breakfast was even worse. Others didn't replenish the dishes after they finished picking them up. And there is nothing to eat for breakfast, just plain porridge. Except for Shaxian downstairs, the nearest small restaurant is 1 kilometer away. It is too remote. There is nowhere to stop downstairs in the morning and evening. If you really have no choice, I don’t recommend it. Check in. A hotel that doesn't even have an envelope when issuing tickets is amazing. . . The 4 stars are earned.

The mattress is hard for me (there are no slats under the mattress, just boards). For breakfast, nothing from meat or fish. noodles. eggs. boiled grass. sweet flour. and coffee is a “3 in 1” powder diluted in some saucepan!! Where do so many laudatory comments like “quiet luxury” come from? I think it's not difficult to guess. In addition, there is a stupid system of light switches; it takes a lot of time to find the right one. There are no hooks or places to put clothes and towels in the bathroom. toothbrushes and a hairdryer are “hidden” near the kettle, that is, not in the bathroom. There are wide steps in front of the hotel entrance that you need to go around if you are carrying a suitcase. In short, everything is absolutely unprofessional.
