**Disappointing accommodation experience in Haikou**
I stayed at this hotel last night and unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. When we first entered the room, the whole room was very humid, the pillows had a peculiar smell, and the bed also felt damp, making sleeping very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn't work from start to finish and the room was always stuffy.
I tried multiple times to contact the front desk and housekeeping but no one answered the phone. This lack of response and overall poor conditions made this stay very frustrating. I would have expected more but unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
