I booked a spacious room for only 450k VND/night, and late check-out was 50k VND/hour. The receptionist was super friendly, and the security guard was nice. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. Even though there was road construction, I walked, so I still had a shortcut. It's within walking distance to the food area on Le Loi street and Luong Van Can market. There's also a pretty good snail stall near the hotel.

The room was clean, and breakfast was decent. If you don't want to go out, you can also eat on the first floor. There's a small pool on the rooftop. The TV was also high-definition.

The room is small, but the space is well organized. It has a desk, a kettle, and a fridge. The furniture is new and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful and not too noisy. Unfortunately, there's no window, but that was clear when booking and reflected in the price. What's much worse is the massive construction going on right next to the hotel. The road is completely blocked, so you have to take a big detour to get to the hotel from the train station. Because of this, I gave a one-star rating for the location.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement is the guest rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. There’s a noticeable contrast between the modern appearance of the hotel and the older style of the rooms. That said, the room was comfortable. The bed was great, the shower worked well, housekeeping was reliable, and I had no issues during my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options that were consistent every morning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large and well-maintained, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

The room is bright and clean, with convenient transportation nearby. There are large supermarkets and many local snacks, food stalls, etc. nearby. What is worthy of praise is that the proprietress of this hotel has a super nice attitude and is very enthusiastic. She also called a car for me before I left. The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

This homestay is located in the center of Haiphong, not far from the train station, and the bus is also very convenient. The room is very quiet, not far from the market, and it is very convenient to eat and take the bus. There are various food stores downstairs

Great location! The breakfast had a good variety of ingredients so you could make your own meal, and they even cooked up delicious Korean ramen upon request. I made a mistake with my booking date, but the hotel staff helped me sort it out. Despite the inconvenience, the view was lovely and the room was clean and well-maintained.
