"My family had a bad experience with the FO team! After we checked in, we asked about some restaurant services but received only a no answer from a staff member in a suit standing at the counter! My family checked out on July 2, but my son's birthday was on July 3. I asked that guy if he could help me with a birthday cake? Both my husband and I work in hotels, so we understand that outright refusing a guest is not a good thing at a 5-star hotel! Maybe contacting us to check again and then reporting no is also a way! I think the hotel's DM should retrain the staff to do at least that! After that, I asked about some restaurant services but he didn't respond to us thoroughly and I felt like that person didn't have a clear understanding of the programs in the entire hotel! My family had to go to the restaurant area to ask! I am quite disappointed with the front facade of a 5-star hotel!"

The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed. One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on."
