真实反馈，新建的渡假村，挺漂亮，服務人員也都挺禮貌熱情，但有一件事把本來的好心情完全破坏！
我們訂了兩个房間，家人住的那间晚上在酒店用好晚餐回房洗澡，洗澡的時候突然听到房里有東西掉下來的聲音赶快出來看，整𠆤窗帘連棍子都掉下來，因为家人腿腳不太方便所以馬上打電話告訴我，我跟同住的朋友到房間看看情況并打电话让酒店派人來維修。
維修部门的人來后进门没有任何关心询問人有沒有受傷，直接就問会不会是我们用力過度把窗帘拉下來的，直接无语！
修好后也沒人过來打扫滿地灰尘的房間，也沒有任何抱歉😥
跟携程反映了情況，客服很快有应对去跟代理商调查，只想说這种沒有服務意识的員工会坏了整个酒店的形象，安全隐患也是選擇酒店的要素，希望平台重視并关注后续結果

The hotel is stunning, probably the best I’ve been in Do Son. The views are beautiful and the staff are very attentive. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with my stay here, the room was comfortable and clean which is really important for my stay. I’d highly recommend it. Staff members were particularly helpful like xuan dung who was great to me on my stay.

The service was slow and inconvenient. The food was delicious, but there was no service. The facility was new, so it was very clean and nice, and the swimming pool was also very pretty. The amenities were also good because they used Than products. It would be nice if it was a little more active.

Lần thứ 2 quay trở lại khách sạn, không gian cảnh quan đẹp, yên tĩnh, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Rất ấn tượng với bộ phận hỗ trợ hành lý tại sảnh là bạn Xuân, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ hành lý tận phòng. Bộ phận lễ tân Tùng,,Tân, Vân, Tạ Thúy, Phạm Thúy đã hỗ trợ mình nhận phòng sớm nhanh chóng dù đến sớm hơn so với giờ quy định KS. Nhà hàng lên món rất nhanh, giá hợp lý, đặc biệt ấn tượng với Trang thu ngân, niềm nở, khách đông nhưng xử lý bill rất nhanh. Đặc biệt phải thử bánh và cafe quầy bar đặt tại sảnh nha. Dũng, Thơm tư vấn bánh và cafe rất hợp với khẩu vị của mình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi Công viên nước mở cửa để trải nghiệm.

Tôi rất hài lòng về thái độ lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp của nhân viên ở đây , đặc biệt là các bạn ở FO : Tùng,Linh,Vân, Tân, Thuý vô cùng thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách hàng . Nhất định tôi sẽ đưa gia đình đi nghỉ dưỡng để trải nghiệm tất cả các dịch vụ của khách sạn trong thời gian tới .
