The beautiful scenery and delicious breakfast made for a great trip! It was after the summer holidays, so the hotel was relatively empty, but there were plenty of attractions nearby, making it highly recommended for families with children!

I never expected Hai Phong to have such a beautiful resort. It's truly a 5-star experience; there are plenty of staff members, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Call for help, and they're there immediately – it seems they can assist with anything. What I liked most about the resort was the amazing attitude of the staff; everything else goes without saying. I rate it 10/10!

I requested a room near the elevator, but was unfortunately assigned the furthest one. Despite that, the room and service were excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay. There were so many facilities that one day wasn't enough to experience them all.

The hotel itself is good, great breakfast. But location is ghost town with nothing around, just empty buildings with no shops/food nearby. The toilet was smelly, Aircon feels dusty and smelly. Rooms are big with great view. Outside pool is dirty, indoor pool is awesome. Beach is fake, with dirty water

Check-in was slow, and even though the room had a balcony window, it felt stuffy. The price was high, but the service wasn't good.

New hotel with many activities for children including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kid club. Food is good, but staffs seem overwhelmed by the crowds
