Exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and even spoke Chinese. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the gym is huge. The Vietnamese pho at breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The room hygiene was subpar, and the cafe staff were rude 👎. I, as a hotel guest, wasn't even allowed to sit there with my friend. To top it off, the room still had the previous guest's trash. It was a very disappointing experience.

A colleague recommended this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and very clean. There's a restaurant in the lobby on the ground floor. At around 500 [currency, e.g., RMB/local currency] per night, it offers excellent value for money. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. It's also very convenient for taxis.

The hygiene was good. The location is great, making it easy to get around, and calling a taxi was very convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The front desk and staff were very polite.

The rooms were decent, but there was an issue with the booking platform and the hotel's policies in Vietnam. On the first day, I booked two rooms for four people for 455 units (presumably VND). On the second day, when we wanted to extend our stay in the same rooms, they wanted an extra 100 units per room. However, when it came time to actually pay, they claimed my initial booking was for one room and one person, and demanded an additional 70,000 VND per person! I recommend the platform and the hotel clarify their policies. In the end, we canceled our reservation and got a full refund. There are good hotels nearby anyway!
