Amazing place located in the heart of town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast buffet covering western and Vietnamese tastes. Only negative the rooftop bar was closed as "out of season" but yet the place was booked full of westerners and others. I think the owner is missing a great income opportunity besides giving the customers a great view from the bar top location.

The hotel called a black car for us to go to the airport, but they sold us another car in the middle, and the other car didn't take us to the airport. Black shops, black cars, and black industrial chain, please recognize this license plate number. The driver drives like he’s at speed, and I hope the tourists behind him won’t be deceived again.

New hotel, clean room, fully equipped, each previous guest had stolen cigarettes in the room so when they first received it there was a slight smell. After reporting to the receptionist, a staff member came up to help deal with the smell. n***. All the staff are very enthusiastic and polite. The breakfast food is usually not very rich. When I went, it seemed like it wasn't in season yet but it was quite empty, and I was alone with only one swimming pool.
