The 2 nights that we spent on (Indochine Premium Halong bay cruise) was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. I was celebrating my birthday and it was the perfect place. Th staff of the cruise makes a remarkable experience. We truly appreciate every one of them, as they were the highlight of the trip 🤍🙏🏻. Welcoming attitude, friendly, considerate and professional. The ship has a beautiful cozy yet elegant spirit. The rooms were elegantly decorated with representative details on the furniture of the country and clean. The restaurant was perfect with excellent variety and options. The activities we enjoyed it and I will definitely recommend it for friends and family🌸. The only thing that might need improvement was the internet connection and we totally understand the barriers during cruising. We wish to send our Special Thanks to the mangers Mr. David Huy, Mr. Ethan, Mr. Brian and miss Huyen who took care of us during our stay.

Excellent ship with great facilities and very friendly staff! The ship is brand new! We really enjoyed our stay on board to the fullest Overall the bay is too crowded and there is a lot of trash in the water!

Incredible boat and wonderful staff, food and room (we booked an executive suite). You can choose Indochine Premium Halong Bay with no hesitation. We will come back in this boat for sure

Well organised and all activities included in pricing! Great sized room. Note: main pool gets heated approaching 5 pm and hinders the heat to bath tubs / showers. I was excited to have my first hot bath in years however missed the opportunity. Plan it around the pool heating. Lovely styling throughout. Bar staff need some training on cocktail making

Superb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout. Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

We had a suite. In general, for that kind of money, we expected more. The furniture in the room was cracked, things were broken. The breakfast table was very meager. Dinner was good. The jacuzzi in the pool was great! There were few people. Good program. Excellent captain! Golf, qigong - I really liked it!

The lobster dinner was very good. The interior decoration of the boat was in colonial style, very beautiful, a combination of Chinese and Western styles.

It was my first time booking a cruise on Ctrip. The customer service staff of Ctrip was very enthusiastic and patient in helping us contact the cruise company to inquire about relevant matters. The staff of the cruise company contacted us very promptly and provided various information. The staff on the cruise ship were also very enthusiastic and arranged various activities in detail. The overall experience was quite good.

The cruise was well arranged, the activities were compact, the children were very happy, the captain was very dedicated, everyone had a lot of fun, and the scenery along the way was beautiful
