Hamamatsu Chuo Ward Hotels

This hotel is conveniently located just a 1-2 minute walk from the south exit of Hamamatsu Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, including the famous Hamamatsu gyoza restaurant, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. You can enjoy coffee or tea as a welcome drink. There is also a smoking room in the lobby. The room seems to have been recently renovated, and the unit bath was clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, and warm water came out quickly. However, the interior of the room's walls was peeling in places and there were large scratches, so it felt a little old. The amenities were the type that you had to take yourself in the lobby. There were body towels, shavers, brushes, cotton swabs, etc., but there was no lotion or facial cleanser, so you would need to bring your own. Pajamas are available in the room. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided in the unit bath. If you're just staying for a night, this hotel is a good choice for the price! The front desk staff were also polite.

The hotel is located in an average location. Parking spaces are quickly filled. Parking in the surrounding area is expensive and you have to walk a little further. The whole place is clean and tidy. The hardware is new and clean. The service attitude is very good. The room has a good sense of space. There is a water machine and a microwave in the room, very considerate Adequate air conditioning

I was going to a live show so I was looking for a hotel close to the station and found this one. They were able to leave my carry-on baggage even before check-in and I was able to rest in chairs in the lobby, which was a very helpful service for a live show on a rainy day. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is very close to train station and shopping area. The breakfast is okay not many choices, room is clean and the size is okay in Japanese standard. Overall, a hotel with reasonable price and comfortable stay.

The above problems were not resolved after looking at the front desk for several times. Later found the store manager to help repair the TV. There was no response to the request for a replacement. When you check out, you can't do a rubber stamp on the list. Fortunately, you can speak Japanese. After you have negotiated several times, you will only have a rubber stamp. In the past 20 years, I have been on a business trip to Japan for countless times. This is the worst time.

Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

The access from the station was good and I had a comfortable stay. It was a plan without meals, but the breakfast buffet was added later. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of local products. The room key was a normal key type, but there was no problem. Although free Wi-Fi is flying, I couldn't find the guide, so I checked with the front desk and there was no particular password. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were the type to replenish the equipment, so recently, there are troublesome customers who mix various things, so I used what I brought. I hesitated to use the slippers because they are not disposable, they are made of mesh material, and they don't feel like they can be wiped off easily. Guidance in the room and at the front desk is minimal, but if you ask, they will respond properly, so I don't think there will be any particular problems.

The hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
