This was not a pleasant experience, despite there being good people employed throughout at the hotel......this hotel was/ is inept at handling overcharges to my credit card, and did not respond to emails addressing these issues. This failure to address a customer's problems does not bode well of an entity calling itself a "luxury property", and has clouded my opinion of my stay at this hotel. I would suggest that you do not pay for anything in advance (like taxi service), and look for additional charges at check-out. My suite had holes drilled by mistake into the tiles in the shower, and the remedy was simply to caulk over the holes......this should not have occurred as it did. The breakfast was good as was the service. I've had closets bigger than the sauna. Overall, I would suggest that if you want a luxury experience that you look elsewhere.
