Everything was perfect as always.

Good hotel in a convenient location. The Barmbek train station is right next door. Our room (a twin room) faced the tracks, but with the room closed, it wasn't too noisy. The room itself was functional and perfectly adequate for us, and clean. Breakfast was also delicious. I would book it again for sightseeing trips.

We were there for the fourth time. And the last time. The service has deteriorated with each stay. Just like the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel has become more expensive. The rooms are still very clean and modern. You have to expect noise from the subway and S-Bahn at night. We always accepted that because the service and breakfast used to be so great. Not anymore. At reception I had the feeling I was disturbing them. And they offer that if you don't have your towels changed you should get a surprise. We are still waiting for the surprise......

Great hotel, can be highly recommended!
