Booked Didi to go to the wrong hotel because their names are just too similar!!! Please change the hotel name on Didi! Should have booked the one near the CBD area because it's closer to the airport, there's luckin coffee there and a massage. But in this branch, don't have. This location is a pretty dreary place, not upbeat. There's some food stuff nearby within 5 mins walk but did not look fantastic. However staff in the hotel are nice. Cleanliness is not fantastic but still ok. Breakfast is fine .

Not recommended. The windows in the room are almost all blocked, most of them are walls, the windows are small and not ventilated, but it is not mentioned in the room details. Secondly, the hygiene is not very clean, the floor is stained, the desk is dusty, the bed sheets and quilt covers have not been changed for several days, and the dirt on the floor has not been mopped. The facilities are not good either. The hair dryer cannot use hot air. Once the hot air is turned on, it overheats and stops working. The air conditioning in the room is not good either. The room is stuffy and smells. Finally, the breakfast is terrible. I redeemed the breakfast with points, but every time I went to eat it, I was stopped and had to go to the front desk to verify it. I was dizzy😵

Because I also like to stay at Atour when traveling on business, I booked it for them. However, my family rented a power bank at the front desk because they did not bring a charger. Behind is the power bank that the child went to return, but it was plugged in backwards because of the first operation. At that time, the child also asked the hotel front desk staff for help. The staff member was a boy, and he couldn't pull it out even with a lot of effort. Later, the child asked the hotel front desk staff for help. I suggested that my child take a photo and send it to customer service. I thought the matter would be over here. Unexpectedly, two days later, Monster Power Bank Company sent a message saying that 99 yuan would be deducted because the power bank was not returned. Now it’s better. The elderly and children at home were confused, and bad emotions started to rise immediately. After communicating with the customer service of Monster Power Bank Company, the solution they gave us was to run over and pull out the power bank and plug it back in, otherwise If so, we still have to deduct 99 yuan (this is really a diss monster, the plan given is really drunk, it doesn’t matter whether we live far from the hotel, how can out-of-town customers do it??), I think I’ll try to communicate with the hotel customer service later. Try it, the person who answered the phone was a girl with a sweet voice. After communicating the general situation, she immediately added me on WeChat and asked me to send the photo to her to confirm which frame it was, and immediately arranged for someone to handle it. Fortunately, the power bank that failed to be returned was still there. The next step was very simple. The problem was solved half a minute later. I also made suggestions to the staff member who answered the phone (her WeChat name is Bei Kenny). Next time you encounter such a situation, the front desk staff will be able to help handle it in a timely manner. Maybe Atour is a business-oriented hotel, and it is generally rare to encounter such a situation with elderly and young friends. This living experience also made me recognize Atour more. The service from the restaurant aunt is attentive. 3. Front desk staff. Greet politely every day. good service. Help sign for and send express delivery. 4. In the elevator, I met a maintenance man who was working hard. Good attitude. 5. There are two levels of parking underground. Parking is free. Attention, friends who drive. You need to navigate to the hotel's main entrance. Continue along the road and drive left past a surface parking lot but do not enter. A little ahead, turn left and go straight for about 20 meters, then turn left and enter the basement.

The last stop of the Spring Festival trip was Hangzhou, and I still chose to stay at Atour. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was warm and courteous.
