Potentially a good hotel. But was lacking of maintenance. Surrounding and the location were imperfect. Anyway staff is good and helpful.

Nice pool but quite dirty. Very basic Chinese breakfast. Room was fine. Bathroom smelt of sewage and towels of smoke. But for a budget hotel, it was okay.

Shouldnt call itself a west street branch hotel as it is a little far away and on the other side of the river. But not too far by scooter or taxi. Amazing pool and scenic surroundings. Pretty good value for money. My biggest issue was with the staff. A large number of staff members in lobby yet they seem very inexperienced and disorganized (appeared to be a load of teenagers). They weren’t very welcoming or approachable. I was informed I would need a nucleic acid test to stay when I arrived (didn’t seem that anyone else needed it- I asked some guests) so without any support I set off to the local hospital which was a bit of a nightmare. However, I lost my phone while on a scooter ride and one of the staff were amazing in helping me call and locate my phone - and thankfully securing its safe return. For that my I rate my stay higher.

Amazing stay, good pool and great environment

Beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool! The only issue was the location. The app say's it's on West Street which it's not, it's the complete opposite side of the river.

This hotel is better for families. We Travelled as a couple and it was very busy, the pool had so many children in it and was noisy. Perfect for families, not so much for couples. We rented the suite on the 5th floor and the AC could not keep it cold, it was 28 degrees inside. The staff tried their best to accomodate. This hotel is across the river from west street.

I like the decoration style of the hotel very much. It has a sense of design. I really enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool at night.

The homestay belongs to the Panlongwan real estate project on the east bank of the Li River. The location is relatively secluded. You must have a car or a taxi to travel. Gaode calls a car to West Street for six or seven yuan. However, it is also far away from the hustle and bustle, and the night is very quiet.
