The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. "The stay experience was excellent. The hygiene and cleanliness were impeccable, the layout was well-organized and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally considerate, arranging everything meticulously. Xiao Liu, Xiao Mo and Xiao Zhang were genuinely warm and hospitable, instantly alleviating the fatigue of the journey. They helped us organizing different tours and activities, helping us make the most of our trip. Highly recommended! Some hotel guests were smoking in the lobby and in the bar, but the room didn’t have any bad smell."

"Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The building is new, the rooms are clean, and there's a lovely pool. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, with a choice of dishes every day (there are many Western options, which is a plus). The option to reserve a free e-scooter every day was excellent! But the real plus is the staff; they're incredibly kind. They greeted us at the front door upon our arrival, offered fresh fruit every day, helped us with activity reservations, and even took us to the train station. Highly recommended!"
