"Firstly, I'm really happy with this hotel. It's clear they invested a lot in the rooms, from the super-large floor-to-ceiling windows to the flooring, bathrooms (MonBlari bathtubs, and the family room even has two!), fittings, and the pool – everything is of a very high standard. The room design is excellent too; you can tell the owner is a designer. It’s a very minimalist style with extensive use of white space, predominantly black, white, and grey, but the lighting is soft, giving it a rather sophisticated feel. The service was also top-notch – very warm and enthusiastic. They helped with luggage, directed parking, upgraded us to a family room, recommended places to eat, provided afternoon tea, and even gave us a souvenir. Everything was just great and very thoughtful. The views were fantastic as well, whether it was the room with a distant panoramic view we stayed in on the first day, or the room overlooking the bamboo forest and stream behind the hotel. It's a shame we couldn't experience the bar on the 6th floor with the kids. The hotel is a bit far from restaurants and commercial areas, but getting a taxi to Shili Gallery (Ten-Mile Gallery) is very convenient. Finally, just a few small suggestions: Firstly, I’d recommend putting some carpets around the beds in the family rooms. Since the floor is stone and quite hard, and the beds are high, it could be a bit dangerous if a child rolls off. I was always a bit worried when I saw my child rolling around on the bed. Secondly, the bathrooms are open-plan, so you can only get dressed in the shower area and not in the vanity area. It’s not very convenient for getting dressed (especially when you’re here with family; it might be okay for couples, but with kids, changing in the vanity area is impossible). Maybe there's a solution, or at the very least, adding a hook in the shower to hang clothes would help a little. These aren’t complaints at all, just pure suggestions. Overall, it really is a wonderful place."

"The hotel is new and well-equipped. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. On the 9th floor, there are tables and chairs with the best views in all of Yangshuo. The breakfast is comprehensive, with both Eastern and Western options. The swimming pool is large enough and clean in an artificial cave at street level, and there's a ball pit and entertainment for children."
