Jessica at the reception was really kind and helpful for any question we had during the three days we spent there, she spoke a good English and helped us book our activities. The hotel location is also perfect, close to the river with beautiful landscape but also close to the city center and all the restaurants. The room was super clean and wide enough for the three of us. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of food including Guilin rice noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, with West Street just a few hundred meters away. Plus, there's an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car."

"My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay at the New West Street International Resort Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by peaceful mountains and lush greenery. Waking up and opening the window to such beautiful scenery was a treat. The exclusive breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The selection was rich and complete, with the Chinese station featuring authentic Guilin rice noodles, freshly cooked vegetables, steamed dim sum, assorted grain porridges, and various local side dishes – a truly heartwarming and comforting start to the day. The Western options included freshly baked goods, custom-made omelets, bacon, sausages, fruit and vegetable salads, and exquisite Western desserts. Additionally, there were seasonal fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and a variety of drinks, ensuring a well-balanced and nutritious meal. I also noticed foreign guests enjoying the abundant morning feast. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to our inquiries. The hygiene was impeccable, the air conditioning comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The nearby attractions are also very close. I particularly recommend the hotel's outdoor swimming pool for great photos; you can swim in both the morning and afternoon. It's truly a relaxing resort hotel, highly recommended."

For breakfast, the freshly made Guilin rice noodles are authentically delicious. You can even walk to the Jima Bamboo Raft pier."
