11391571****An absolutely wonderful experience! Hua Xin Hotel's location, facilities, and service are all beyond five-star. I highly recommend this hotel.
The location is superb: the bamboo raft漂流 (rafting) is right in front of the hotel. The room's huge glass windows directly face the Yulong River and mountain views, as well as the hotel's courtyard and pool, creating a truly inviting atmosphere – it's like a picturesque landscape painting.
Facilities: The furniture is mainly wooden, with a Nordic minimalist style. The room is spacious and bright. Every item, big or small – the bed, cabinets, tables, even the faucets, bedding, tea set, and even the toilet paper – shows that the owner has carefully selected high-quality products, reflecting excellent taste and quality.
Service: It's a butler-style service. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and know when guests are coming and going. Due to my midnight flight, the hotel extended my check-out by two hours. There are also daily snacks, and guests can use the tea room.
In summary, it was a pleasant surprise, and we are very grateful for our two-day stay at Hua Xin.

GGuest UserHad a really pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel room was very clean and the services were top notch. Special thanks to 阿豪, he’s really very helpful and attentive. He observed that my husband and I love the Lohanguo drink and prepared some for us to bring back to my country. Breakfast was pretty good too. We enjoyed the Guilin noodle very much. The view of the hotel was really stunning too! Have a very good impression with SYYF hotel! How I wish I could stay there longer and enjoy the lovely room😂

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located right within West Street Pedestrian Street, offering a beautiful environment and incredible convenience for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with excellent facilities, including a fully automatic bidet toilet in the bathroom. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and helpful, even recommending tourist attractions and great local restaurants. The breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and there was a wide variety of food. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Yangshuo in the future.

TTanya McGeerWe absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly and could speak English, and the food at the hotel was amazing. This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

GGuest UserThe hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!).
Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.

SShunLII chose ShiXi TianYue for the Yangshuo trail running race. The hotel's location is super convenient, making pre-race gatherings and post-race returns effortless.
Room facilities: My king room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that provided excellent rest after an intense race.
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk even helped me mail my trail running shoes, trekking poles, and other items back home.

Whether as a race support station or a place to relax and explore, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it to fellow runners!

JJzx82_laojiangThe hotel is in a great location, right next to West Street. The rooftop has been converted into an observation deck, and I'd estimate it's one of the tallest buildings in Yangshuo. The rooms are excellent in every way – clean and comfortable. (We booked two rooms, and this 'starry sky' room has a glass ceiling, so you can see the sky.)

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts stylish decor and spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our trip comfortable and convenient. A special highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of West Street. We were also pleasantly surprised when the bar staff offered us complimentary drinks. Highly recommended!

EErikucciaAmazing hotel with a heartbreaking view. The location is super good, in the countryside but close to a few restaurants, shops, electrical bike rent, and some scenic spots but also at 10/15 min driving from yangshuo city. The room was huge, as was the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfortable and the bathtub with the view as the balcony was priceless. The staff is really nice and they speak English so the communication was easy. Breakfast with traditional guilin noodles was also super good, highly recommended
