We live in France and flew to China for vacation, hoping to experience both the peaceful natural wonders and the lively local culture of Yangshuo. This hotel’s location is perfect! It sits directly in front of the Li River with an unobstructed view, yet it is just a short walk to West Street and the harbor. We could easily switch between a peaceful, relaxing session overlooking the river and an energetic exploration of the local crowds. Taking a warm bath while gazing at the river and mist-shrouded mountains—all while enjoying local tea and sweets—was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is brand new, featuring excellent and spotless facilities, including a 24-hour free self-service laundry and a rooftop with stunning open views. The design beautifully blends modern style with local Chinese Zhuang culture. On top of that, the hotel offers free access to local ”Ta-Ying” activities, photo shoots in traditional minority costumes, and discounted tickets for popular local shows like Impression Liu Sanjie. Most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The team treated us with immense care and kindness from the moment we arrived until well after we got back home to France! They used professional translation devices to ensure seamless communication. The hotel manager, Ms. Ni, along with front desk staff Ms. Deng and Ms. Li, not only responded attentively to every request throughout our stay, but also provided invaluable advice for exploring Yangshuo. We were even given a thoughtful gift set when checking out at 6:00 AM, followed by a warm message once we returned home. This level of hospitality truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I wish the entire team and the hotel all the best!

The buffet breakfast was generous, catering to both northern and southern palates, and the local specialties were authentic and made with quality ingredients. The complimentary travel photography service was an added bonus, capturing beautiful moments against the stunning backdrop of the Yulong River with professional shots. Overall, the hotel boasts excellent facilities (both soft and hard), meticulous service, and delivers on scenery, food, and experience. It's an outstanding choice for staying near the Yulong River. The location is particularly excellent; you don't have to go far to catch beautiful sunrises, and you can walk to the bamboo raft boarding point. The hotel also offers professional scenic travel photography, which produces amazing photos. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, proactively sharing tips for sightseeing and photography. The entire experience was pleasant and hassle-free.

The room was clean and tidy. The service was excellent. The small plums at the entrance were delicious, and there was also coffee. At the lobby entrance, there were some common travel essentials like insect repellent, hair spray, and aloe vera gel. They also offered travel tips.

You can watch the Yulong River bamboo rafts from the hotel, and their movement across the water adds a vibrant touch to the scene – truly delightful! It has a swimming pool, which is perfect for families with kids, giving you a chance to relax. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing this hotel if you're traveling with children. You can also put on a long dress and swing by the river; you'll feel like a fairy! You swing while watching the bamboo rafts on the river, and the tourists on the rafts watch you – becoming beautiful scenery for each other.

Facilities: We stayed in the Serenity Villa, which had a private, quiet courtyard. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Environment: The hotel is nestled by mountains and a river, offering opportunities for evening hikes. Guests can also enjoy a scenic Li River tour on the hotel's private bamboo raft. The air is wonderfully fresh.

The staff confirmed my room a day in advance and sent over guides for local attractions and food recommendations, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their service was full of smiles from start to finish, and again, I received a parting gift upon departure. I truly felt at home and had a fantastic experience.
