"Very clean and confirmed. Light switches and outlets by head board. Pool was nice, sometimes it is heated. Office staff super nice. Even though i checked out they still let me from same day and use the lobby bathroom to change. If my room hadn't already been cleaned they would have let me wash off but wasn't a big deal to me. Walking right outside there are plenty of places to eat and xijie west street is a straight shot about 10min walk from here. They offer mopeds to rent as well but i didn't used that service."

"After comparing several places, we finally settled on Xishi Manor, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable, and opening the window revealed an endless mountain range. I have to give a shout-out to their travel photography service; we didn't have to worry about finding good spots, and the photographer was excellent at posing and guiding us. We took sets of photos by the persimmon trees, by the pool, and on the mountain trails. The photos were natural and beautiful, leaving us with wonderful memories of this trip."

VVoyauraThe hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was big and super clean with amazing river and mountains views! Hotel is situated in a quiet area which makes it nice spot for long walks with beautiful views. The service at the hotel was excellent. Very polite and they helped us with all the requests. We’ve been welcome with some fruits and in the morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast. The only downside was the gym as it states in the description the gym is available but the hotel doesn’t have one as it was converted to the tea house. it didn’t affected our stay however it’s a little misleading. I would definitely recommend to stay and I will surly be back. Thank you for such a pleasant stay 😍☺️ 这家酒店简直太惊艳了！房间宽敞又超级干净，还能欣赏到绝美的河流与山景。酒店坐落在一个安静的区域，非常适合悠闲散步，沿途风景如画。服务也非常出色，员工礼貌周到，满足了我们的所有需求。入住时还收到了欢迎水果，早餐也十分美味。 唯一美中不足的是健身房——虽然描述中提到有健身房，但实际上酒店并没有，因为它被改造成了茶室。虽然这并未影响我们的入住体验，但确实有些误导。 我绝对推荐大家入住，而且我一定会再来。感谢你们让我度过如此愉快的假期！

MMarvin ZacariasWow, my first ever trip to Yangshuo, and it was spectacular. I had a lot of hotels to choose from, but I’m glad I picked this place. It’s close to West Street and a beautiful park. For the price, it’s amazing! The breakfast isn’t a buffet—it’s rice noodles, a half sandwich, watermelon, dumplings a hard-boiled egg, and sweet potato.(see picture) It’s filling but not exciting. The main thing I liked was the coffee machine. You can drink coffee to your heart’s content in their canteen, which looks so pretty and modern. The room is clean too, with a nice bed and a good mountain view. Plus, there are VIP shows and movies! And I have to say, this was amazing for us because, unfortunately, during our stay in Yangshuo, it was raining all day. So we watched Zootopia and other Disney movies for free—so comfortable!The shower pressure is strong, and the soundproofing is amazing—literally like magic. When we first entered the room, the window was left open, and we heard so much traffic outside. Then we closed the window, and all of that was gone. I loved that! Now for the downsides: There’s a weird flaw with the shower door—it’s so small, and the door is designed to push in instead of pull, which is strange. The shower head gets stuck on the door, so it’s a bit cramped. We turned on the ”Do Not Disturb” button for our room, and from the outside, you could clearly see it was on properly, but the housekeepers decided to clean our room anyway. Inside our room, it made us feel a bit awkward, as they had a little box with a QR code that sold adult toys and condoms 😶 Other than that, it was a comfortable two-day stay in Yangshuo. I would stay here again. The service at the front desk was nice too—the two ladies were helpful and explained a lot about Yangshuo and the hotel’s amenities. They even helped us book a bus to Guilin train station. They were nice and helpful. Thank you!

GGuest UserThis hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area, offering a beautiful and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. It consists of about 20 courtyards, so it's never crowded. Breakfast is à la carte and you can order as much as you like, even trying different styles – it's all very exquisite. The rooms are spacious, clean, and even have a separate living room. The service is excellent; staff are always friendly and greet you proactively. My only minor disappointment was that the Cantonese dinner wasn't particularly outstanding, though the price was reasonable. The hotel even noticed it was my birthday during my stay and sent a complimentary cake, which was a lovely touch. The Ctrip group deal during the off-season was incredibly good value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Yangshuo.

We felt absolutely caring, every staff member we met was exceptionally polite, attentive to details, and highly professional, which made our stay feel very personal and relaxed. This place is filled with tranquillity and comfort, it pays tribute to the traditions of this region and preserves the historical heritage in its appearance. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Make sure you explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy unique activities that Yangshuo is famous for. GGuest UserHygiene: No peculiar smells at all, which I really appreciated. Facilities: The smart home features were great, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel literally has everything: a restaurant, laundry room, swimming pool, photo-op terrace, kids' play area, and a board game zone. The amenities are truly excellent! Environment: It's right by the mountains and rivers, and only a 10-minute walk from West Street, so it's not noisy. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as desserts and late-night snacks – truly thoughtful! The front desk staff were also very welcoming and responded quickly to requests. 👍🏻 Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was a mixed bag. The hotel's interior is elegant, but there's no real view outside, just a messy village. The price was on the higher side, but the overall service and attention to detail didn't match the cost, leading to an average experience. **What I Liked:** 1. **Well-equipped and nicely decorated rooms.** They helped bring luggage to the room, replenished bottled water, and were quick to open the door when I forgot my key. 2. **Free feeding of peacocks and ducks** in the garden was a nice, enjoyable touch. 3. The signature beer fish and green vegetable dishes tasted good. **Areas for Improvement and Specific Issues:** 1. **Restaurant dishes didn't match the menu; feedback was ineffective.** For dinner on May 15th, I ordered bamboo rice, expecting fresh rice steamed in a bamboo tube. Instead, it was actually stir-fried glutinous rice with cured meat served in a bamboo container, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. When I reported this to the waiter, they said it had always been prepared this way, and my feedback led to no resolution. 2. **Lack of attention to detail at breakfast.** During breakfast on May 16th, the hot milk and soy milk containers had no labels. Staff only put up labels after a guest pointed it out. The fried egg station was slow, requiring a wait, and the service wasn't as thoughtful or organized as it should be. At the noodle station, no one paid attention, and the server was indifferent. 3. **Specialty dishes were poor quality and overpriced.** The prices were even higher than a typical five-star hotel. For lunch on May 16th, I ordered braised goose with taro. The dish wasn't prepared authentically; the goose had a ***** smell, dry meat, and obvious signs of being pre-roasted. The goose and taro flavors were disjointed, and the sauce wasn't absorbed, making me suspect it wasn't freshly cooked but pre-made. Despite the high price, the dish was far from what was expected. After I complained, they only offered a small complimentary fruit platter, which felt like a perfunctory gesture. 4. **Lack of professional service and overpriced activities.** The afternoon tea on May 16th was limited to only sweet pastries. When I asked about the bamboo raft pricing, the staff on duty vaguely said they didn't know, showing a lack of professionalism. After expressing my dissatisfaction, another staff member eventually provided the price, which was significantly higher than outside docks. The hiking activity in the park also incurred an additional charge. 5. **Inadequate room cleaning service.** On the morning of May 16th, I pressed the 'make up room' button twice, but no one came to clean. I eventually had to actively contact housekeeping for the room to be cleaned.

The location is super convenient for sightseeing, exploring West Street, and visiting attractions. The value for money is incredible, and it even has a playground for kids! GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Yangshuo LISA's Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the lady who was on the service desk during the day was very generous with her time. We enjoyed a free afternoon tea when we arrived and then rented some bikes from the hotel. The receptionist made us a personalised tour route for the bike ride and sent us the location points via WeChat. She also gave us water bottles and adjusted the bike seats to make sure we had the best experience. The room itself was gorgeous, it had an amazing view and a great vibe overall. The location was great, it was quiet but very close walking distance to a lot of the busy nightlife and attractions. We wished we had stayed longer because we had such a lovely experience at this hotel!

AAnonymous UserGreat location. It's located at the start of West street. We arrived during the Qingming festival and street was really busy. The lady at reception tried her best to find us a transport however either there was really a shortage on cars or all occupied. Our room was just right size for the family of 4, it has little balcony. It started to show it's wear but still acceptable.

PPeggy ChowThis room is a traditional Chinese style and decor is quite outdated. There's smoking smell in the room and we must use the air-conditioner to exchange stale air. Carpet is stained and lightings difficult to control. We love the split type air-conditioner which we can control the temperature as we like. It is very important because we must close the window at night due to noise outside. Another positive feature is the wooden bathtub. The stopper leaks a little so we use plastic bag to stop it from leaking when we use the bath. Customer service is excellent and they make sure we get the right service every time.
