"The room was quite spacious with a great view (p1). The rooftop observation deck was also really nice (p3-6). The room even came with disposable bath bags and rose petals, so after a day of exploring, a relaxing bath before bed was incredibly comfortable.
What's more, the hotel has an elevator, and the front desk offers ticket booking and car rental services, which is very convenient. Before we left, they even gave us two extra bottles of water because they were worried we might be thirsty – very thoughtful!"

"Great location. It's located at the start of West street. We arrived during the Qingming festival and street was really busy. The lady at reception tried her best to find us a transport however either there was really a shortage on cars or all occupied. Our room was just right size for the family of 4, it has little balcony. It started to show it's wear but still acceptable."

"The butler was incredibly attentive and available online throughout our stay. They even offer a travel photography service, and the photographer was amazing at capturing great shots! The infinity pool at The Ga really drew me in; swimming amidst the mountains felt fantastic. You could easily spend a whole afternoon relaxing there, and there's a kids' play area right downstairs. The afternoon tea was also excellent.
The location is perfect, right at the Yulong River Jima Pier, offering stunning mountain and river views. While there were quite a few mosquitoes, the guesthouse provided plenty of repellents, so keeping the doors and windows closed was all it took. It's close to popular spots like the Ten-Mile Gallery and Yulong River rafting. Make sure to try the Beer Fish and Oil Tea! Free parking is a plus, and they've clearly marked the travel times to the high-speed rail station and airport, which made our stay feel very secure and worry-free."

GGuest UserThis was by far the BEST hotel I stayed at in China, even better than some hotels at 5x the price. They upgraded me to the best room on the top floor, which was amazing. The view is spectacular. They also were super helpful booking last-minute tix for the Romance Park show, which I highly recommend, but try to go early for all the side shows, especially the water jet show - WILD! The breakfast was delicious and big and the whole staff was super friendly, it was perfect for my last night in China - Thank You!

SShCierI arrived around 6 PM, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They proactively upgraded me to a large family suite, which was great since I was traveling alone.
The hotel room offered fantastic views right from the window, and both the room and the rooftop terrace were perfect for taking photos.
It's only a few minutes from Gongnong Bridge, making it super convenient for catching the sunset and taking bamboo raft rides.
Breakfast was quite simple, but they had freshly made noodles. The afternoon tea included a biscuit that was a bit hard but very fragrant, and there were evening desserts too.

The bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the floors, desk, and chairs were also spotless. The soundproofing was good, and with fewer people, it was quite pleasant. Breakfast offered a rich selection, including a self-service coffee machine. The dual elevators were a great bonus, keeping wait times short even when busy. The rooftop design was quite creative! For the parking entrance, I recommend adding a illuminated sign by the roadside for better guidance.

GGuilianduduvs66This is a beautiful hotel, and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel itself is a scenic spot; walking around, it's lush with trees, and you can smell different flowers. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds, surrounded by greenery, feeling like I was sleeping in a forest. The swimming pool in the room has circulating water, and the bedding is very comfortable. The living room has a Bose sound system, and there's a capsule coffee machine, tea set, and barware, all well-equipped. It's a private, standalone property, offering great privacy. The complimentary cinnamon cookies were delicious, and the breakfast was very rich, with both Western and Chinese options, so you could order something different each day. Dinner also tasted great. The hotel provides free electric bikes, which are very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Yangshuo.

GGuest UserThe hotel's design is truly distinctive, and its location is great with a beautiful environment. Every service detail was thoughtful. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were incredibly rich and delicious, and service requests were met promptly. They were almost always able to accommodate personalized requests, and the anniversary cake was of excellent quality, which was very touching. However, the room decor was simple, and the facilities were dated. There was mold growing in the bathroom corners, no bathtub or smart toilet, and the floors were discolored. The afternoon tea was a bit basic, but the staff were proactive and enthusiastic with their service. We even received a parting gift, for which we are very grateful! 🙏 Wishing them all the best for the future.

Kkit_akoThis hotel is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The daily sunset ritual is fantastic; it combines an introduction to Guangxi's multi-ethnic culture with stunning sunset views and the chance to taste special oil tea – truly wonderful!
There are many small animals living freely within the hotel grounds. Guests can stroll around, and everyone coexists harmoniously without disturbing each other.
The hotel facilities are excellent, so even if you don't venture out, you won't get bored staying here. They offer activities like intangible cultural heritage fan painting, hiking, feeding alpacas, and river cruises.
The food at the hotel restaurant is also good and offers great value for money. The taste is quite nice too! 😏🙂

GGuest UserRight by the Li River, with Guanlian Pier just downstairs, and West Street a few minutes' walk away – it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Renting a scooter to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery and Yulong River was super convenient, making travel a breeze. I booked a river-view room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framed the Li River landscape perfectly, like a painting! Watching the sunrise from bed and enjoying the sunset in the evening created an incredible atmosphere.
The网红 (internet-famous) Sky Mirror on the 9th floor is a must-visit! It offers an unobstructed 270° panoramic view of the Li River and the karst peaks – every shot looks like it's from a magazine.
Looks, location, comfort, and value for money – this place has it all! If you're coming to Yangshuo, just pick this hotel blindly. I stayed here and now I just want to keep coming back! Next time I'm in Yangshuo, I'll definitely stay at Shixi Tianyue again! Highly recommend! 👍

GGuest UserTo be honest, I later stayed at another Destination Expert hotel that was only a few tens of yuan more expensive, but it was much larger. I booked this one because I saw its high ratings and numerous bookings on the platform. Overall, I found it to be just average, whether it was the breakfast, room decor, or room size. The deluxe twin room faced the street, so the view wasn't great. Since the price was only slightly cheaper, I guess I can't expect too much. Although customer service promised a refund for a good review, I feel obligated to be fair to future guests. If you have high standards, don't book the deluxe twin; try other better rooms instead.

PPeggy ChowThis room is a traditional Chinese style and decor is quite outdated. There's smoking smell in the room and we must use the air-conditioner to exchange stale air. Carpet is stained and lightings difficult to control. We love the split type air-conditioner which we can control the temperature as we like. It is very important because we must close the window at night due to noise outside.
Another positive feature is the wooden bathtub. The stopper leaks a little so we use plastic bag to stop it from leaking when we use the bath.
Customer service is excellent and they make sure we get the right service every time.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Yangshuo LISA's Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the lady who was on the service desk during the day was very generous with her time. We enjoyed a free afternoon tea when we arrived and then rented some bikes from the hotel. The receptionist made us a personalised tour route for the bike ride and sent us the location points via WeChat. She also gave us water bottles and adjusted the bike seats to make sure we had the best experience. The room itself was gorgeous, it had an amazing view and a great vibe overall. The location was great, it was quiet but very close walking distance to a lot of the busy nightlife and attractions. We wished we had stayed longer because we had such a lovely experience at this hotel!
