Great hotel in the wetland , with good amenities ; including hot spa and swimming pool. Had a club room on the 5 th floor with tea and light dinner served, food is averaged. Room is good sized and had good view. Can hear birds chipping through the day from the room , it’s so peaceful and serene. Out door breakfast was memorable, as we enjoy the beautiful nature, lake, birds chipping, koi and ducks swimming and wrangling around. Great hotel. Always remember the experience.

Loved the tranquility. Tried their spa and it was awesome. Look for beautician XiaoXia, her skill was top notch!! There is a huge kids club where kids could spend hours there. Clean room.

The hotel is sort of not close to other facilities, such as shopping, restaurants, … and does not equipped with shuttle which other hotels do provide. To be honest, facilities provided within the venue (including those of banyan tree is not that much) which means hotel guests hv to go out. Nonetheless, services etc are good.

The hotel refused to add an extra bed (however small) to accommodate our 3-year old son...that was disappointing 😞

Had a terrific stay at Sheraton Grand Hangzhou at Xixi. The food at the different restaurants was delicious and the breakfast had a multitude of offerings. The hotel is a great place to relax and recharge.

Great hotel! I would have liked more water in the room. Drinkable water in China should be more easily accessible in a 5 star hotel. But we enjoyed breakfast, the surrounding area, the entertainment options on the tv, the cleanliness of the room, and the WiFi was good. I’d recommend it, just bring water with you.

The 1st floor rooms have really high ceilings. They also have a patio door that leads to the inner pond area, unless you are facing the front courtyard. The inner pond area is very nice and relaxing. The cafe lounge area is a bit on the pricey side, but very quiet and suitable for small meetings. Overall, the hotel is quiet all day long. This is a big difference than some of the other hotels nearby that have too many nature sounds at night. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast, but surprisingly there were a lot of restaurants nearby that delivered takeout to the hotel in 30 mins or less. The hotel doesn't use robots for room delivery, but there are convenient lockers in front of the hotel.
