Response from Property: Dear Guest, First of all, thank you very much for choosing to stay at our hotel. On the day of your check-in, we arranged a quiet room on the top floor, the furthest corner. After a few days, you complained about noises from upstairs around 5 or 6 AM. We assured you that there was no one upstairs. If you didn't believe us, we took you to check and offered to change your room, which you refused. The next day, you requested a room change, arriving close to 4 PM, well past check-out time. After showing you several rooms, we agreed to change your room free of charge to the one you chose. You stayed for a few more days without complaining about noise. However, you repeatedly asked about discounts, which the hotel manager clearly stated was the lowest price available and no further discounts could be offered. On your last night, after extending your stay, you came to the front desk at 5 PM complaining that the room was too noisy, causing your blood pressure to spike to 200, and requested a refund. The front desk immediately reported this to the hotel. The hotel manager, upon learning that it was already five hours past check-out time, still agreed to give you a free check-out out of humanitarian considerations. You then said you wanted to go back to your room to discuss it, and brought a visitor who refused to register despite repeated reminders. You also demanded that we waive your room fee for that night and offer discounts on future stays. Considering your dissatisfaction with multiple room options, the hotel felt that a free check-out was the most reasonable solution. Changing rooms would have worsened your blood pressure, and the hotel could not bear the corresponding responsibility. During these repeated communications, your visitor had been upstairs for two hours and still refused to register. The hotel had no choice but to request assistance from the local police station. By this time, it was nearly 7 PM, and the hotel had not charged you any fees for a free check-out. During this period, you repeatedly verbally abused and insulted the front desk staff. The hotel's principle is to serve its customers, so no further action was taken, but this does not mean the hotel handled the situation improperly!
