The room was clean and tidy, and the price was great. The staff were also very warm and helpful. Plus, the location is super convenient, really close to the subway station.

I had a very satisfying stay, the room exceeded my expectations, and the front desk staff were particularly amazing. I was a bit worried about checking in early, thinking it might be difficult, but to my surprise, Xiao Gan and Xiao Mei were very patient and professional. They even upgraded my room and included breakfast. Overall, I'm very pleased.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view from the 14th floor. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Grand Club Double Room to an Executive Queen Room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable and spotless, contributing to a great night's sleep. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was weaker than expected, and the carpet and sofa would benefit from a more thorough vacuuming, as there were some noticeable hairs and dust. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily return if I am in the area again.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the pillows were great. I left my phone charger behind when I checked out, and the staff really went above and beyond to help me find it and even mailed it back to me. It was a very reassuring stay.

The hotel is good and comfortable, although there was some cigarette smell in the hallway.

Great experience. The rooms were clean and cozy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the breakfast as I had to leave early. Recommend it to those traveling to Hangzhou!

The hotel is near to Zhejiang University Zijingang campus. Nearby with a lot of restaurants. Room is okay and clean but a bit old. Enjoy the stay.

Hotel is amazing, staff were friendly and provided extra bottles of water when asked. Room is big and clean. The bathroom is designed beautifully and is very aesthetic. Overall it was a great experience!

I visited for work and it was a big and pleasant hotel. I liked the breakfast very much because there were many kinds of breakfast and it was delicious. The room looked a little old, but it was well maintained and clean. And they gave me cookies as a present and they were so delicious. Overall, it was a great hotel.
