They are going through a renovation, so construction noise is sometimes bothering. Also, there are no standard toilletery such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, only plain soap.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a 2 star hotel. The male receptionist at check-in also asked that the tax cannot be paid by card, only cash. But when I checked out, another employee let me pay by card without asking. The safe was out of power and the waiter asked to replace it, but he pushed it to the cleaner the next day, and of course he didn't replace it. The cleaner came in without knocking on the first day, and it was 9 am. I don't usually write reviews, but I can't stand it.

Great location, comfortable bed Room not very soundproofed, talking in the hallway wakes us up! Room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait over an hour (after the scheduled time). Breakfast was average, juice, carton, salad, fruit, box.

-Breakfast TERRIBLE both in quality and quantity -Chewing gum stuck to the bed frame -Tourist tax €7.50/person (without receipt), saying that it depends on the "stars" of the hotel, this is absolutely not 4 stars, at most it could be 3 -Hotel under renovation in some parts, this fact must be made known at the time of booking, because the choice is up to the customer who pays €135/night and not €90-100 (3 stars)

A pleasant stay experience Four people stayed here, and compared with similar hotels, the price/performance ratio is very high The hotel is very far from the Vatican, and you can walk to the Vatican Church and go to Rome attractions. Public transportation is also very convenient
