This was a gem on our trip. We had no real expectations, but compared to some other hotels, it was clear the staff tried hard to help with whatever they could and were outwardly friendly. Made us feel like our visit was appreciated. The hot baths were large and luxurious with outdoor pools and tubs. Meals were delicious and hearty. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out, is its incredible view by the river and across the valley.

I was able to do it slowly in a rustic place. I would like to go again because the weather was bad. I was satisfied with the food, but since it was a Japanese-style room, the futon was thin and it was a little difficult to sleep. I can say that in any hotel, but the pillows don't fit. I missed you on your tour. The large public bath is on the 7th floor, and the open-air bath is on the 1st floor. Most washrooms are on the first floor. There is also a foot bath, which we recommend.
