Really easy to find for people travelling from overseas, very friendly and helpful lady at the desk, very convenient parking onsite.

Stayed here before, despite being at services very quiet my room overlooked fields. Great heating in room New bin needed in bathroom, rusty and tatty looking.

Basic and perfect for purpose

No faults! Would stay again. Great price and reasonable location.

Good price and handy for motorway very dated.

Water to bath not hot enough. Soap dispenser for bath out of reach. Insufficienjt bed clothes - not warm enough. Telly turned off at 9:00pm

Convenient when traveling from Bristol to Gloucester. Clean rooms and good value.

Hand towel had a big rip in it. Bathroom spotlights, one not working other hanging out of ceiling. Bath plug chain broken. Mould around bath. Shower curtain torn and repaired with another type of hook. Sanitary bag holder silvering worn off. Door safety chain broken off. Over bed light shade had holes in it. Large worn patch in middle of seat of futon. Quilt had large hole in it. General appearance of being run down. We were only staying one night otherwise would have complained at the time. Would not recommend staying here.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Dining options limited - only burger King, KFC and Starbucks at services

The bath was very small and the room we booked was a 3 person room, we were given 1 towel between 2 people. Apart from that nice room and hotel
