Compared with other cities in the United States, this place is considered to be a relatively cost-effective place, especially with its very convenient geographical location.

The hotel room is spacious, with a microwave, coffee machine, air conditioning, and hot water. The floor of the shower and toilet is flat. American hotels do not provide disposable items. There are no slippers in the room. Remember to bring your own

The hotel is not a fancy new hotel, but it is clean. The location is in the city center, close to Chinatown, and very convenient for eating. It is also relatively close to attractions such as the Independence Palace, and the parking fee ($40 a day) is relatively cheap in the city center. Ctrip communicated with the hotel and the room reserved for me met expectations.

The front desk staff of the hotel are really bad. A black fat guy and a black fat girl are very rude and feel bad. The cleaning staff and doorman are very nice. The location is good, but the sanitation environment is so-so cost-effective

Location is very good It's right next to Reading Terminal, so it's convenient to have breakfast and move to New York.

The bar was only open when the restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner. We wanted to have drinks while we waited for our friends and were not able to do so.

Reading terminal market, and great restaurants near by. Broken holder in the shower could use some updating and cleaning up. Otherwise service was great

The room furnishings and particularly the bedding was immaculate, clean and new. Even the bed coverlet was white, clean and sweet-smelling instead of being brown and crusty and clearly-never-laundered. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the always-interesting Reading Market, which makes the in-hotel dining unnecessary.

The stay was great. Perfect for the one night stay we needed. My only complaint is that if you paid for breakfast, you need a breakfast voucher which wasn’t given to me when I checked in. So after being informed of their policy, I had to go back down to the desk to obtain the breakfast voucher and then go back upstairs to have breakfast.

I really enjoyed the staff at the place. Everyone was so nice & everything was so clean. I wish I would have been able to eat breakfast but due to the timeliness of the business I was there for, I was unable to.

The overall hotel stay was nice. The room was clean and had everything that was needed. All the staff were extremely friendly as well. The issue was the restaurant when we tried to eat. They had one server and one cook. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and were ignored half the time by the waitress and weren’t checked on, meanwhile she went to all the other tables but ours. Its unacceptable that the food and beverage director would allow the restaurant to remain open after their business peaked, and unacceptable that the waitress treated us so poorly
