I was late check in because i diddnt know, they closed at 5PM. But when i arrived one guy live arround there help me to check in. And i got free upgraded from them

Arrived at the accommodation around 7 PM. Check-in was easy; just grabbed the key card envelope from the counter. The room was very clean and comfortable, I really liked it. The bunk bed was a bit hard to climb and wobbled a lot if you moved or turned over. There was a private bathroom and a kitchen in the room. Overall, it was excellent.

One of the best places we stayed in south island NZ. Firstly the staffs at the receptions are so welcoming, they're one of the highlights of this accommodation. The 2BR room was spacious, clean, modern and located right beside the lake. They're also a short walk away from the supermarket and glowworm office. Absolutely beautiful place! We highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a place in Te Anau.

Initially, I was hesitant to book this hotel, thinking it might be a motel. But I really couldn't find any other hotels available. Upon closer inspection, I realized this room type was great: two bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with a queen, plus bunk beds. It was more than enough space. The environment was lovely, and we even had a little cat visit us!

Although the individual sites are a bit small, the facilities are great, complete with a garden featuring lettuce and even a pizza oven! It's a shame we couldn't fully enjoy the sauna. It takes time to heat up, especially if no one used it in the previous slot. I recommend checking if it's already on from the previous session next time.

The room space is enough , the equipment is sufficient and clean.The overall feeling is great.

Wonderful stay. The 3 bedroom is enough to hold 8 ppl.

I check in after 6:00 PM, so outside and road already dark, not see any view. Tommorow i also early check out, 6:30 AM and still dark. So dont enjoy the view and lake side. But after come back from Milford Sound, i passing by, the view and te anau is good place to enjoy moment. Dont late for check in and dont check out early.

Room was not cleaned properly when we checked in. There were stains on glasses and cob webs on chairs. Beds are too soft for us. The wardrobe is very small, barely has space for a person's clothes. Good thing about Tasman is the water pressure, strong. Our room is not facing Lake Te Anau, so nothing to see. Wifi is very weak. Will not recommend.

As a stopover between Queenstown and the fiords, this is a motel, so the service was great but the environment was pretty average.

A stop before visiting Milford Sound, enjoy Te Anau gorgeous view, nice

Not quite the usual hotel you would find but certainly quite a unique experience. The property offers kitchen for you to cook and shared bathrooms.

We love to stay here. We enjoy harvesting a vegetable near our room.
