It was worth the money. The breakfast was okay but very comfortable, quiet and near the train station.

Hospitality of all the staffs at reception,restaurant and security is the best,especially Ms Siau Hua who is so helpful. Thanks all.

The hotel has an elegant environment, a pleasantly fragrant lobby, well-lit rooms with great views, good quality toiletries, and ample hot water with stable pressure. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and deserves a positive review!

We thought it was near West Lake, but it's a bit farther out. However, the place is quiet. There was some construction going on in the morning, and it was quite noisy. The place was relatively clean; I found a hair on the bed. The shower could be better, too. Overall, not bad, and I might return.

The hotel is close to Hangzhou Railway Dong, we arrived at the hotel at night, around the hotel at night there are street vendors selling food for take away, the room is quite clean and big. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are very responsible. However, the room facilities are not very good. First, the soundproofing is poor; I was woken up several times by talking from the next room, and the traffic noise outside is also very loud. Second, there are some minor issues: the toilet seat automatically falls back down when flipped up, the showerhead cannot be adjusted downwards, only reaching my shoulders, and the Wi-Fi is too slow and frequently disconnects.
