Advantages Take bus No. 86 from the airport and get off at the last stop, which is Hanoi Station. The hotel is across the street. Slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower are provided. There are about six non-slip hangers. There is a small refrigerator with two small bottles of mineral water. There is a gym and breakfast is provided. It is only NTD1400 for two people to stay. Breakfast includes self-cooked pho, eggs, some fruits, cereal, milk and juice, which is not bad. For this price, the cost-performance ratio is very high. Disadvantages The sound insulation is slightly poor. There is construction outside. We were arranged on the third floor and there was noise. We could also hear the broadcast from the train station. There is no kettle, so we can’t drink hot water to make tea. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The toilet is still wet even though it is separated by a shower curtain. The lighting design in the room is not good enough. It feels very dark at night. It’s a pity that the TV cannot connect to the Internet to play YouTube.

The room was incredibly spacious and definitely comfortable. The breakfast was a sad state of affairs though and the food wasn't being replenished so if you arrived at a later time you would be scooping up the scraps. If breakfast was more elaborate then the stay would have been excellent.

The female receptionist's leering glance at the guest was the first thing that made a bad impression. Instead of smiling and looking straight at the guest, she glanced at the guest from head to toe. The bed sheets were dirty, and the female receptionist ignored the guest's request to change the bed sheets. The guest waited without any notice or response. After being asked many times, 2 housekeeping staff rushed into the room to change the bed sheets with an unpleasant attitude, if you didn't know, you would think they wanted to kill the guest. A good hotel in terms of facilities and services, but the attitude of some departments is not up to standard.

The hotel is good enough. Clean enough. The location is near some sightseeings，however another places a bit far, walking distance if you like walking( around 20 min to train street). On the plus side, the manager at the front desk was really helpful. Breakfast is also OK 👍

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

Gorgeous hotel rooms, it felt brand new, the room and bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. We chose the hotel so that it was closer to the airport and out of the main hustle of the city but it’s still walking distance to train street and easy enough to get a grab to wherever you want to go. It has a small basic gym which is basically an office with weights and a treadmill but better than nothing!

Excellent accommodation and friendly staff. Room was super clean. Located on a street with great restaurants.

+ The hotel was recently renovated, giving a nice look from outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaness was good. - Otherwise, almost the amenities inside are old. And the biggest negative point for me is that they have only one lift (for about 30 room x 3 floor).
