This apartment we stayed has 2 rooms, Room is new and clean. Many convenience stores and foods around here.

今回2回目宿泊です。日系料理屋、飲み屋、スーパーが並ぶところに位置しているので立地は最高です。
受付は基本守衛さんが一名いるだけですが、いろいろ対応してくれますし、スタッフさんとはLineで連絡をすれば基本はすぐ対応してくれます。
掃除のスタッフさんも平日は毎日掃除してくれますし、洗濯は、洗濯機、乾燥機もあるので自分で全然対応できます。
ネットは、ちょくちょく途切れますが全く見れない使えないというわけではないです。
今回ちょっと残念だったのは、外出時にスタッフさんより他の客が部屋を内見したいという事で了承したのですが、戻ってきた際、ソファに置いていたリュック、タオルがなぜか寝室の机の椅子の上に置かれていたのが残念だった。特に紛失等はなかったと思うが、その部屋の住人が置いているものを住人の許可なく、他の客であろうが、スタッフであろうが、部屋の外観をよく見せる為？とは言え勝手に動かすのは問題だと思う。仮に一時的に動かしたいのであれば、退出する際に戻すべきである。
信用して本人不在時に内見の許可を出しているにもかかわらず、こういった事があると次にもし泊まる事がある場合、必ず本人立ち合いの下か、外出時であれば内見は断りたい。
非常にいいところであるだけに今回これは残念です。
