One of the best hotels in Hanoi I have ever e stayed in . Excellent breakfast and a nice dining room . But the quality of the guest is low very low noisy selfish and dirty . ( Indians and Africans ) the room I had was big and decorated with great taste. The location is lovely a bit out of noisy old quarters . I love staying there and I’ll be back as soon as I’ll be back in Hanoi .

The hotel is located a little far away, about 15 minutes' drive from the old town.
The hotel is newly renovated and clean, very nice!
But the cleaning part is a little bit lacking, stains were found, and the restroom department needs to strengthen cleaning.
